Omg! I was just ripped off. I have just paid 62 and tipped a 10 dollars for absolutely nth. I was there for 35 minutes only because they barely delivered a service. The technician barely gave her bare minimum. She washed my feet with salt and soap but did not even bother to scrape my feet. My heel are exactly the same. The cuticles are still there. She filed two nails (did not need filing anyway). And I didn’t not even get color. She spent the time pretending to give me a massage but her hands are so weak I did not feel a thing. 72 dollars for nothing. I do not recommend this place at all. This place only my second time here. It’s a walk from my apartment but I will never go there again! I pay 55 and tipped 15 in other nail salons in chancery chase and Bethesda and it’s a lot more worth. This place is a no go!

I’ve been going to Vivian for 3 years now. Her professionalism and manicure/pedicure technique are like no other! I work in the health allied field (dentistry to be exact) so I’m constantly washing my hands, however, the evenly applied gel goat and manicure technique have made them last almost 4weeks which is abnormal compared to other nail shops I’ve gone to! I’m never leaving them! Everyone there is so nice! Highly recommend!!

I came in with a set that I had already gotten done somewhere else. But my nails were too long and I didn't like how long they were. So I came in and Stacy helped me and hooked me up. She cut them down and filed them for me I left smiling feeling so happy. The First is the before Second and third is after. ❣️❣️🌸 I love them , the shorter look really makes me feel good, about myself.

Unfortunately my pleasant experience with nail avenue only lasted that one visit. Today February 6th I walked a mile in the rain for my appointment at 10a. I made this appointment the day before after returning home from a 3-week trip to Paris, I specifically waited to get home so I could go to nail avenue. After a 30 minute walk in the rain as I approach their front door, my phone rang advise me that they were not there because of the weather it was too inconvenient to be there on time. My time is worth just as much as yours. I graciously accepted their apologies but then inform them I would go somewhere else to get my pedicure. When they realized they were going to lose money it was all of a sudden convenient for them to get there to open the doors. Again, my time is worth just as much as yours, and considering I'm the customer paying you I do not expect to be treated this way.

These ladies were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I stepped into their salon. I am Transgender and have been treated horribly at Lavish nails and Toe totally nails in the past. These places are much closer than Nail Avenue, but they suck. The nails that I left with are stunning as well as the experience I...

I don't get my nails done often at a salon (I usually just do them at home) but this place is great. The women there are very nice and keep good conversation while you get your nails done. I came here with my mom to get gels before my wedding and was very satisfied with the end result. My only criticism would be with the organization of their polish shelf as it was somewhat difficult to discern what color was what, but the ladies were very helpful in finding the right color. My gel polish started to peel about a week later but thats probably because I tend to pick at it. For the price, this place is well worth it! I will...
