I had a great experience with Qoung, CK and the team at NT Souvenir in Union Market wholesale district! From the first conversation with CK about an inquiry and quote for my apparel line, I felt confident that they were very reputable and would offer a competitive price as the main manufacturer of all souvenir apparel in the region. When my Mom and I were in the midst of planning our family reunion months ago, I kept them in mind as my first choice for some gift bag items and custom t shirts. They have a huge amount of inventory and I knew they would have a color matched stock from sizes 2T to 3X like we needed. They also agreed to run the job with 2 different size decals so that it looked good on small children and large adults. It was my first time using ai to develop an apparel design, so it got pretty down to the wire to the July 4th weekend date to get it perfect…but I was able to get a design submitted for printing the week prior to our event and delivered in the time frame they quoted- very quick turnaround. If you want the best prices, shop here. It already says wholesale in the name and the store has like a warehouse, so it’s better to shop here. For comparison, the price of a box of playing cards is $12 in another store, but here it’s $6. There are also a variety of designs to choose from. Great deals with shirts as well! I spent about $150++ here, if you’re buying bulk, this is the place to go.

I would have rated the store 5 stars, but my only comment is that the owner was rolling their eyes as the cashier made a small mistake on the pricing, reprimanded the worker in an impolite way in front of the customers. George was helping us throughout our hour search of souvenirs, please treat your employees kindly. If you're a postcard junkie like I am, go here. This is the store where every other street seller in DC gets their postcards, only to overmark them for sale later.

Postcards here at N&T are 4 for $1, no matter the size dimensions of the card you buy. They're the generic Washington DC postcards you'll find everywhere else; if you're looking for something special, I'd recommend paying a visit to Shop Made in DC on your way back to the Metro station.

It's certainly a bit out of the way public transit wise (about a 10 minute walk from NoMa-Gallaudet), but it's definitely worth a stop if you have a million aunts to send postcards to, or need to load up on other souvenirs to bring back home to your family.
