This is my second review. I visited on October 18 and had the pleasure of rebooking the Party Prep facial with Hazel. She is truly exceptional—professional and attentive to my concerns regarding the steam component of the facial. I never felt hurried; she took the time to address all my questions, which I had quite a few. The environment is serene and soothing, often making me drift off to sleep. I had a less than perfect experience with Silver Mirror and after I got in contact with the manager, she was amazing. Like completely turned my experience around, she sets the standard of customer service. With the exception of the experience where I got a burn (which we got to the bottom of and they urgently provided calming sessions which did a lot of good), the sessions have been amazing.
