The Plaza at CityCenter — Local services in Washington

I'm not someone who usual enjoys spending time in malls, but this mall's outdoor public spaces are well-kept and unique in their aesthetic making them a fun place to pass the time. There are plenty of places to sit (although I imagine it might still be hard to find seating at peak times), everything is clean, and the outdoor video installation is a fun touch. There's apparently WiFi here as well so I guess you could even use this place to jot out a few emails when you are in the area.

I am subtracting one star because, the shopping is tilted toward extremely high-priced luxury and high-end eating establishments so it's entirely possible to find nothing in your price range. I get that it's a luxury mall but there are other properties (e.g., Hudson Yards in NYC) that cram in luxury retail but still manage to include a handful of more affordable establishments.

This place is awesome and a great, picturesque place to walk through that gives a more luxe feel than most of DC! High end stores like Hermès, Dior, and Tesla showrooms with some great restaurant chains like Fig and Olive and Momofuku.
