TrailLink — Local services in Washington

This is the most confusing App/Web site I’ve ever interacted with. When I am on the App. You get a teaser amount of info. It constantly asks you to upgrade for $29.95. (OK, I was willing to give them the money)

I clicked on the upgrade button like 6x. All it does is blink 1x. It doesn’t take you anywhere to give a credit card or anything. Then it keeps talking about ‘Rails to Trails’ ?? So, I emailed Rails to trials peeps. They told me to talk to Trail Link. They said “different group”

Now I am on the actual Trail link website, and apparently HERE you can upgrade from the free membership. However… they are still referencing the Rails to trails people? Some I’m totally confused.

Yes, my review is directly related to the App makes no sense, not intuitive.

The Trail Link people always come back on these reviews and ask people to re-evaluate the low star review. Sorry can’t do that. The whole thing...
