U.S. Department of Justice — Local services in Washington

I'm a reporting victim and witness, trying to file reports for myself, for others. Crimes ranging across countless jurisdictions, all too likely rising to state and federal levels, still active crimes carrying on for years with an abundance of victims, witnesses and guilty parties. I'm in decline of my health and safety and I don't have much time left. You don't need my name to find me, you've already had that several times. You can say to my face if you're rejecting my case, or you can speak with me about information I have for investigation and collaborate with other departments and jurisdictions with my assistance and support. I've experienced in the past other departments having the gall even to verbally flip me off over the phone, one office number that wasn't law enforcement even trying to call me and then hanging up before I can even answer. how will you respond, or should...

I just called this agency about being on a federal watch list. I talked to homeland security who gave me the number to call. The marshall says i don't know what you are talking about and hung up i call back and another operator transfers me this time a disconnect. I call back a third time and the operator attempts to help suggesting local enforcement and the FBI. She attempts another transfer and i am disconnected again. I just want information on how to remove it. Clearly this agency doesn't care about the citizens they serve unless they are pushing the political agenda and beating up on protestors exercising their rights. Honestly we all need to do better and treat each other...
