Completely Useless….Very unprofessional while at that. I had to suffer for almost 2-3wks because of their Lazy and Disrespectful attitude. I initially tried to have a package delivered to this location. Little on my end, I didn’t realize you needed a P.O. Box to pick up packages that are .50 lbs. but the fact that I tried to ask if it’s possible to help with this issue since it’s a problem, they claim they “can’t do anything about it and to get a P.O. Box or stop sending it to their store” like I did it before which I have not and will not again. What made it just as bad, they had the nerve to return to sender not even past the 15 day hold mail rule and it didn’t even go back to sender. They’re so lazy that they couldn’t atleast redirect it to my address which is ridiculous. I can’t stand ignorant people like the ones that work in this location. Yea you can argue that “oh maybe they got a lot to worry about, these things happen”, well hire more people and stop being lazy af. They open at 9 and close at 5pm while Other locations close at 7. Another thing, apparently theres “NO MANAGERS” at this location which I don't believe, I believe its that lazy bum with the gray hair in a fro bun that don't even have a name tag giving me attitude and walking off without giving me her name. I have a lot of frustration for them and I’m very disappointed in USPS for allowing such people work in their building. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!! Never again will I do this, thought I could trust USPS but they’re messing up even more. Get...
Read moreAbsolutely Horrible Experience — Especially with Passport Services
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I went in with my family for passport services after checking their website, which clearly stated that they accept walk-ins. Upon arrival, an elderly woman with salt-and-pepper hair (possibly the person in charge of passports) asked if anyone was there for passport services. We stepped forward and told her four of us needed passports. Her response? A rude, dismissive "We don’t do walk-ins" — contradicting the information on their own website.
When I calmly pointed this out, she turned her back and walked away from me mid-sentence. Shocked, I asked her if she realized how rude it was to walk away while someone was speaking. That’s when she completely lost it — acting like a completely unhinged person, raising her voice, and behaving in a way that was totally unprofessional and borderline hostile.
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a government facility where people are seeking help with official documents. If she can’t treat people with basic respect and decency, she should not be working with the public.
Avoid this location if you can — especially for passport services. The staff (or at least this particular woman) are rude, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in doing their...
Read moreCurrently downsizing, so I visit this location often to ship out my wares. I usually get in and out without any issues, but today was different.
Today, the fine folks that work there decided to chastise me for not purchasing a box that I couldn’t use. I was in the store at some point last week and grabbed a box with the intention of using it to ship my item. Taped the box together and quickly learned it was too big for my needs. I sat the box to the side (out of the way, so it wouldn’t interfere) and grabbed a more suitable size. Thought nothing of the transaction until the clerk decided to call me out today for not buying a box I didn’t need. I immediately apologized and explained why it happened, but that wasn’t enough for her. She was very unhappy that I was “costing the post office money when the post office ain’t got no money to spend.” I again apologized, reminded her that it was a mistake and I would be more mindful in the future. But that didn’t stop her from berating me about that stupid box. I reminded her that it was a simple mistake, but she would not let it go.
I don’t want to name her because we usually have great interactions with each other, but her behavior today was over the top and...
