Outstanding service! I have been ordering from Smoke & Vape DZ for about 2 months now. Every order arrives quickly. On one occasion an item I ordered was not in stock. AJ was quick to message me and inform me and ask how I would like to proceed. Within minutes I was able to find a substitute that I will enjoy even more than the product that was out of stock. All of this and a service that delivers to my door within an hour on average. The icing on the cake, so to speak is that even with all the added convenience of this service, the ejuice is still priced lower than the usual chain store I frequent. Give them a try. Great Store with awesome products and amazing prices! I had stopped by a few stores to grab something I needed and this spot had more than I needed. The environment, cleanliness, the music playing everything was just A1 on point. Mr Patrick is an amazing Dude who knows his stuff and goes out of his way to check for the correct product needed! He even took the time to holler at the sister store down the way and helped me avoid having to drive there just to check. Very Impressed with his ability to serve customers and I will definitely be back in fact … this is the only spot I’ll be using from here on out. Thanks Fellas much...

Little wanna be Rockstar in here with long hair and eye liner, got butt hurt I had a $5 off price Match and put a note on my account that I can't use reward points. Why? I spend the same amount of money to get those points as everyone else. Terrible customer service. Wont ever be recommending them or Using them again. Don't say you'll price match and then get mad about a price match. I spend 500$ a week in here, not anymore!!! I'll take it all back to where I originally got the 5$ off price, no incentive to shop...
