Brazilian Tex Mex — Restaurant in Watauga

This was a pleasant surprise. I was very hungry and wanted something new. As I pulled up I was a little apprehensive because I didnt see anything on the menu that got me excited. I decided that since I was trying g a new place I should try a new dish. And ordered the Bolillo. I had no idea what to expect because the picture on the menu isn't very good and the description isn't very detailed. Man, I was amazed the bolillo was delicious! And very filling! Great flavor and texture. I wish I had gotten a side salad tho, simply because the amount of meat in the pocket. I'm not sure how they make it but it seems like they hollow out a small french roll and fill it with meat and thousand island. It made me very happy and filled me up perfectly for dinner. Also the lady that runs the truck is very nice. She offerd me a free empanada while I decided what to get. I was thinking about getting the empanadas but had a underwhelming experience just the week before at another empanada place. It was great. I got the chicken and it came with chimichurri and hot sauce. The sauces should be bottled and sold. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EMPANADAS I HAVE EVER EATEN ! The chimmichuri sauces WAS TO DIE FOR ! We got it to go when we got home I was afraid I would have to eat them cold.
