They used to be the cheapest shop with a team that knew everything and cared about the customers. We can see the deals listed in front of us, we don't need you barking the deals in our faces and trying to convince us to spend more to "save money". That's not how saving works. Their new team doesn't seem to know anything about what they sell or care about you as a customer, they're just always trying to force us to buy more than what we came in for. The only thing they have over other shops now are North vapes, and I'm even starting to see more shops carry those around town so coming here is pointless. Also, whatever pre packaged crud they're selling for flower is nowhere near the quality at real THCA shops. Emerald Organics on golden triangle has way better flower, and every DZ location has a way bigger and better selection of nicotine dispo brands and flavors. They also won't harass you to buy things you didn't want or need at other shops. I can't tell if these employees get commission or if their boss threatens them to make bigger sales, but it is absolutely irritating when I come in for one thing and you try upselling me constantly. And they barely know enough to make a proper sales pitch which is just insulting to the client's...

I frequent this vape shop and the service was always excellent lately they've been running out of product and I'm wondering if it has something to do with its distribution center that delivers to them. It's clean and it's friendly. Most importantly, the staff members are great, especially. Angela Gonzalez she always goes above and beyond and she's part of the reason why I still come to this vape shop because of the lack of flavors at times I've almost decided to go elsewhere but with her service to the company she make sure she gets what I need in or something close to it.
