This place went down hill quick after the manager (the African American guy) left. I tried calling multiple times and never got an answer, I figured they might of been busy due to Sunday football and had high call volume but went in person and not a single call came in. I tried calling them while sitting inside and the phone didn’t even make a sound like they had the volume on it down. The girl in the front with the British sounding accent was so rude to all the female customers that she she came in contact with like we bother her but was super nice and bubbly to all the males that placed orders. They ended up giving my order to someone else and instead of apologizing the two young employees decided to start arguing. One kid in the back (Curley hair) was just on his phone the whole time. While the tall African American kid made all the pizzas. I ordered the four quarter pizza that was being advertised and I was so disappointed some of the pizza was still doughy like it cooked unevenly. And most topping were in one side. When they finally brought my pizza to me they tossed it across the counter and it slid right off and I barely caught it pinned it agains the counter and my hand. Don’t believe me rewind ur video to two Sunday ago and you can see it yourself. My family and I have been going to this location since it opened and since this we will never...
Read moreThe main reason I go to the Little Caesars on Rufe Snow, and I don’t go to Dominoes or even Pizza Hut that is practically in the same parking lot is because of a guy named—Chris. This guy has become somewhat of a legend in Watauga, and once you hear the stories about him, it’s easy to see why.
One person told me that Chris once ran out of the store and rescued an elderly lady who had wandered away from the senior living center across the street, saving her life. Another person said that Guy Fieri himself offered Chris a job at one of his restaurants, but he turned it down because he didn’t want to leave the store and staff in Watauga.
I even met someone who worked for Chris at Little Caesars, and she shared how much he cares for his team. She was a single mom going through a tough year, and for Christmas, Chris bought her and her son an entire Christmas dinner, complete with a ham.
It’s not just about the pizza here—it’s the way Chris goes above and beyond for his customers, his team, and his community. Little Caesars on Rufe Snow Road wouldn’t be the same without him. If you’re in the area, stop by and experience the magic for yourself—you might even get to meet the legend himself! Solid 5...
Read moreWorst pizza I have ever spent money on. We order 3 pizzas on their website. Within a few mins it was updated to ready. We was like what the hell how so fast. She goes and picks them up brings home. Just a few min drive. I open the box and it is definitely not fresh. It had already cooled down. I got pepperoni and mushrooms. When I picked up every slice the muchrooms fell off into the box. So they pre-made their pizzas and when someone like me orders a pepperoni with mushrooms they then throw some mushrooms on top of a old pizza and heat it up a little. Because the mushrooms are usually melted into the pizza. "who really knows how old it is".... Our cheese pizza was old and so was the 3rd pizza. Very disappointed we both worked long hours today and just wanted to eat some food. Neither one of us warned to even deal with taking it back. This isnt the 1st time we have had problems with this store.. I think this will be...
