I walked into Burger King with a smile and a friendly attitude. The employees that worked there were miserable, angry, irritated at drive thru customers and in restaurant customers. I could here the cook swearing and talking about customers orders because he was frustrated. I waited over 20 min for my order ( 1 meal ) Of course I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know that places have a shortage of employeesâŠ. As Iâm looking around waiting you can tell that the floor in the restaurant has not been cleaned in months and there was Food all over the floor where the cook was working. As soon as I saw my food done I kindly ask the woman is there anyway I can grab thatâŠ. She looks at me with an absolute attitude and told me youâre just gonna have to waitâŠ. This clearly made me upset and I continued to tell her youâre giving me an attitude when Iâve been nothing but nice because I waited this long? The cook proceeds to come to the register with frustration and mumbling under his breath and starts using the F wordâŠ.. I continue to tell the employees that this place is a mess and you guys got a figure it out. You Canât swear in front of customers and be rude to customers for no reason. I would never ever ever go there again or recommend it to anybody. Itâs unfortunate because I was very patient throughout the process until I was given an attitude. It was a unprofessional atmosphere and it should be closed down or new management needs to be hired. And someone needs to actually clean the place. Do not go to this Burger King you will not have a good experience. And if you do go good luck and I hope it works...

I ordered a bacon king which is advertised as 2 patties and bacon I ordered it with only lettuce, onions, and ketchup I get my order and the burger has only one patty, okay no problem so I go back around to explain that I still wanted the meat on the sandwich obviously if I only wanted one patty I could have gotten a whopper which is way cheaper and her response was " well next time try to be more specific" so her being so rude my husband asks her if she wants to work because by her attitude it was obvious she didn't want to anyways long story short she didn't want to cooperate and just add the other patty and bacon, she refused to speak to us further and shut the window. Fortunately the Spanish guy which I think was the sandwich maker gave us the refund and resolved the issue within seconds, so thank you to him. But other wise that so called manager is rude and nasty and this is not the first time her customer service skills are trash!!!! She definitely need retraining or an over all demotion from her position because she's just not cut out to deal with the public and also since when can burger King only take debit cards after 11pm?? And no frozen drinks after 11 when they close at 2 am? Hmm but anyways I would give this BK a zero but this review system doesn't permit it and I would specify who she was but she didn't have a name tag and I didn't receive my purchase receipt either so...
   Read moreY'all lucky I had to leave a star just to write my review cause y'all dang sure don't deserve no stars if you ask me I went through the drive thru the lady was nice asked me if I want a cheese added to my Whoppers because I had a coupon she also asked me if I wanted to try their pies or the chocolate chip cookies because she was nice I said yes to both I paid extra of course needless to say I get all the way home and there's not one piece of cheese on none of my burgers that I ordered my burger buns is dry the beef taste like wood when I try to call the voicemail picks like it's a house phone not to mention the little light skin girl at the window was rude didn't greet us or thank us or even say your welcome when my wife said thank u this isn't the first time we had and issue with this same BK but since that was over a year ago I said y not all to find out they haven't learned anything to do better I honestly think they need to fire and hire new staff that really appreciate having a job trained properly and knows good customer service I have never written a review as bad as this one smh...
