I would leave zero stars if I could the older man working in there that is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. I ordered a meal with a bottle of Pepsi and he gave me a fountain drink. I showed him my receipt and my order on the app showing that I selected the actual small 20oz bottle of Pepsi and not a fountain drink. He refused to give me the bottle that I selected and paid for and insisted that I take the fountain drink, arguing that the receipt says 20oz. I then showed him that the bottle of Pepsi is in fact 20oz and he still would not rectify his error. He was shouting at me and telling me to leave the restaurant. There are so many other subways in this city I will never go to this one again and I don’t advise anyone else to. I was picking up the food for my lunch for later in the day, which is why I specifically ordered the bottle of Pepsi and not the fountain because the fountain would be melted and watery and gross by the time I actually eat my lunch later in the afternoon.
