I normally don’t review stores when I have a great experience which I know I should HOWEVER this specific location impressed me so much with their customer service My husband and I couldn’t forget to review. Last minute shopping for cleats for soccer that starts tomorrow for my daughter. We walk in with the family and I resiste greeted by about 5 different employees all smiling! As I walked in I figured I should ask where were the cleats to make the trip quick. Immediately a gentleman came and I’m sorry I don’t remember his name said yes ma’am how can I help you? I said can you please point me into the direction of cleats or a bundle for soccer? He says ma’am the cleats are straight down towards your left but if you would like as you walk you will find yourself with one of our employees Drew and he will be more than happy to assist you. As my family and I walked down the aisle towards the left sure enough there were 2 employees with name tags and 1 points to Drew and says he will be helping with a smile. He introduced himself, asked what exactly we were looking for, the prices, the bundle they had to offer & everything that came along with it. So knowledgeable! We found the cleats she wanted, he sized her before just to be sure. After we had the cleats ........ he offered to size my other 2 children just in case since he has seen how quick kids grown. I looked at him and said you know what that’s so nice of you! That would be great- he starts to tell me how he has been there so long that he sees the kids grown up and it amazes him how time passes. After the convo he then gave me directions to get to Bella which is the lady in the other department to help me with the shin guards and soccer ball. Sure enough Bella was there to help me right away! She gave me tips and what will be needed in the near future- I grabbed a bag that was placed in the wrong hook. She said that she would confirm with the front so they honor that price. Again Bella was a pleasure! We get to the register and this is when it changed a little the cashier was very forward- hi do you have a reward with use? I said yes but the customer she just finished with didn’t finish walking away. I actually have a rewards card on my phone so I showed her my phone and she seemed bothered that she had to scan my phone 🙄 anywho once we get to the bag I tell her what Bella said about price a $10 difference with the total was already over $80.... Bella confirmed and the cashier was going back and forth If there were anymore, did she fix it? Did she remove the wrong price all while we were there and Bella taking care of another customer. Just RUDE!! and then had no choice to adjust the price. Any who over ALL this last minute shopping experience was so great that I had to write this post to show appreciation to the gentleman at the door, all the workers who greeted me, Drew, Bella ans even the cashier to show her not to be so rude and bitter!...

The product I was looking for wasn’t in store but he then provided a solution by letting me know he would be able to order for the socks to be delivered to my home with $0 for shipping. In addition I decided to buy a pair of dumbbells — an hour later I noticed I purchased the wrong set and went back and the same young man was there to greet me to help me with my exchange. He then helped bring the heavy Bowflex dumbbells to my car. As a man whose been in banking for many years I truly believe providing exceptional service is something that comes from the heart and is executed 100% of the time for 100% of the people one comes in contact with and you can just tell this young man gets it! She clearly did not understand my question and repeatedly insisted in wanting to help although she could not help me. She went to the extent of raising her voice, loud enough to have other customers look over to her. I told her not to worry and let her know I would wait for my email. Clearly she couldn’t stand her own frustration and did not want to let it go. I had another team member assist me and yet she continued yelling saying she didn’t understand.
