Pro Fireworks - Waterford — Local services in Waterford Township

This was our first visit to a Pro Fireworks. We came in looking for about 3 minutes worth of product, for a show we were working on. We had spent a fair amount of time researching what cakes we were considering, and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. I'm horrible with names, and can not remember the name of the young lady that helped us out, but she was awesome. She had several customers in the store when we arrived, but got us started with a bar code scanner that allowed us to preview the effects of each item we scanned. About 80% of the cakes that we came in looking for were available. The web site indicated that the other items were in stock, at the location we were at, but was not accurate. This isn't the first fireworks store we've encountered this with. And not just Pro Fireworks either. I think it's fair to say that you should leave some flexibility in your planning, regardless of where you are buying your pyro at. We were pleased with the quality of all of the product that we picked up that day. A total of seven 500 gram, and six 200 gram cakes from Pro were incorporated into a very successful show over Labor Day weekend. If your looking for something "different" to add to your backyard show, check out "Wicked Willows". I ran two of them together, with one delayed about five seconds behind the other. Incredible hanging willow (lace) effect from this cake, with vivid colors. With the use of a couple of coupons, and an in store discount on the 500 gram cakes, we kept the price somewhat reasonable... We really appreciate the fact that we have local resources like Pro Fireworks, and other merchants in our neighborhoods so we can get the products we want to enjoy this awesome hobby of ours, without having to drive for hours, or worse yet, have it shipped. This feels like it is about to turn into a rant about fireworks pricing, so I am going to stop... Thank you Pro Fireworks, and "thank you " to the young lady that helped us out...

Not exactly sure what the other review person is exactly talking about.. “her gender reveal being ruined” but I can say otherwise truthfully. My gender reveal was absolutely beautiful and wonderful for our son. ProFireworks BLEW our party away. The woman who works at this store is absolutely the biggest sweetest and very well educated on her knowledge for Fireworks. She can tell you the store like the back of her hand. She assured our family would have a great and beautiful gender reveal! Thank you so much Pro-Fireworks we will still continue to be here and celebrate and purchase...

After shopping at other stores prior I regret my decision not going here first!!! Prices were amazing with huge discounts!! Any of you other pyro gurus, they have in stock MJG ignitors which first brought me here. Then everything kept getting better and better, starting with the friendly, and 5 star worthy customer service, the discounts and it’s a one stop shop!! They have everything for your celebration needs!!!! I’m pleased to say thank you to Mandee and her family for helping me out and showing me other options to things that weren’t in stock!! Highly recommend this place...
