Saturday night 11pm 6/29, fireworks or whatever events going on a great night for a business to get money and be busy⌠we ask how the gentleman day was going, he stated âitâs 11pm and everyone decides to show up nowâ⌠you can tell when someone is not happy and not smiling.. I understand working in the food industry it is rough, if you hate your job so much why are you working there? So we did respond with âthere was fireworksâ the employee comes back with âoh, thatâs coolâ and sounded like he didnât even care and did I ask type of thing.. we order our food and he goes âoh, you are still ordering?â⌠instead of âis there anything else I can get youâ.. we pull up to the window and maybe the same guy we were talking to through the intercom. This staff member goes âthere is an old saying, donât talk smack to the people who are handling your foodâ⌠the guy wouldnât even let me talk about how he came at us angry about us being there ordering food.. we did pay for our food, did not receive a receipt to see who we were talking with and we called to speak with the manager.    Read moreI attempted to order online, and the app couldn't complete my order. So I attempted to order at the kiosk in store; it would let me order there either. So I waited in store to order at the counter. When I was finally greeted, 7 minutes after giving up on the kiosk, I was told by staff that the only way to order is the tablet/kiosk. I told them of the trouble, and the staff informed me that they were sold out of the item I wanted. When I asked for the managers name, he told me he didn't have to give it and that he couldn't be bothered by giving me the number to corporate; told me I could "google" it myself. Then he proceeded to tell me I was acting like an "A-Hole" for asking questions. Will be following up with Great Lakes Taco and Yum Brand.
UPDATE: Great Lakes Taco is a terrible company! They essentially told me to go f myself; that it was "handled internally" They did tell me I had done nothing wrong and was welcome back, but wouldn't tell me the identity of the unnamed employee for "security reasons". I, however, had to give them all of my personal info just to make a complaint.

   Read moreOrder is always wrong. 90% of the time the food is cold. Anytime you ask to add something on they miss items yet still seem to charge you. Employees act as if they are bothered that you request something that is altered from what I guess they can immediately see on the screen. Last time I went I struggled to order my food cuz apparently they couldn't do this or couldn't do that or didn't have this and immediately after my order was taken I pull up to pay and the food is already ready considering what I ordered there is no way my order should have been ready.. it seemed as if the food was already made sitting on the side from someone messing up. I don't understand why anyone would think it would be okay to give someone food or someone else's old order which had none of the extra stuff that I paid for and was cold. Clearly it was not made to order?? I don't understand at this point why all of these employees have not been fired or how this Taco Bell is still running or if it's just the late shift that seems to always screw...
