Waterford Commons — Local services in Waterford

This is a "newer" plaza. They had a chance at getting the entrance driveway right and they blew it. They put stores down by the entrance and made it tough to get in and out of that part of the plaza (they actually have to contract with someone to do traffic control!) and they slammed a little plaza and restaurants to the left of the entrance that makes it hard to get to the main plaza and the best buy, which is by itself and has poor accessibility. The result as a huge parking lot in the back, accessed by narrow roads, with poor visibility and driven on by impatient drivers who go too fast without looking. It's a poorly designed plaza and I'd love to see a couple of the main stores move to the Crystal Mall property...

This literally is a one stop shop. There are three different components. You drive in to your right and their is Panera bread, Sleep Number etc...If you drive in to your left there is Best Buy, Coldstone etc. If you just drive straight to the top level their is Dick's, Michael's,Five Below etc..Many places to shop,eat,maybe you need a haircut or shop for some furniture. Got it! Parking can be crazy and if busy getting out can but in really busy times like holiday season they have a traffic cop. This place has options and I always leave with something in my hand. I'd stay away from Ruby Tuesday though. Seriously not a good place to eat at all. Our food has been undercooked...

The coffee was very good. The scones was a little dry but,tasty. We dont come to Waterford alot anymore. This day we had to bring someone down there. The girl behind the registry, was very nice and the other girl sitting down next to her. It didn't seem very happy about helping her. What every was going on with her ,on this day. She needed to put a smile on her face and help. Your a team. I've been in Retail, now 19 years. Yes,I've had alot of bad days but,I put it behind and smile at ALL...
