Not for people with allergies at all. Sometimes I have strawberry, chocolate, even nuts in my coffee ice cream. Have to be super careful and sometimes I have reactions and sometimes I don't. Its how careful the worker is to accommodate you. If you don't want to risk it not the place for you...but that being said......... It's like a Moe's for your ice cream. The options are endless. Coldstone is on our list to go to after Lent. We gave up dessert for 40 days and where do we want to go when we can eat ice cream.. Coldstone of course! The best so far has been the blueberry muffin batter ice cream and like all good things they come to an end. Although they always have options and you can concoct many different ways to satisfy your sweet tooth. I like they have a reward system and you can get a free ice cream on your birthday if you buy one. So yup I was there on my birthday week ... Pumpkin had arrived. Seriously nothing better. Many comparable but nothing better. Best thing is when a season flavor is over your onto the next flavor it's cherry vanilla yogurt..liked it so much I bought a quart for home. Never even realized its yogurt.. Delicious So this has never happened and im dumbfounded on it. Had gotten ice cream the other day. Had gotten a coupon from my rewards but didn't feel like using it at that time. So i saved it. Came in next time and gave it to my daughter to pay at register and I went to sit in the car with my ice cream. She comes to the car saying the girl would not let her use the coupon and confiscated it. I asked why? She said the girl was questioning her. Where did you get this coupon? Who's coupon is it? Of course my daughter doesn't know these answers. So I went into the place to inquire what is the issue. Its a five dollars coupon I got from coldstone. Im not making these things at home. I asked why she gave my daughter an issue over a coupon that says coldstone and clearly has my rewards number on it. Just petty to me. Today, Tuesday 7/27 I came there. I ordered 3 somewhere over the rain doughs for me my boyfriend and my daughter. Our ice cream was soup. The girl seemed really annoyed with my ad ons. She was kind of hitting the ice cream mixers hard on the counter. There were 2 other girls working with her. The girl that served us had dark curly hair probably 19-21 years old. She made me feel uncomfortable like I wouldn't tip even though I did. I gave 2 dollars for a 28 dollar total of soup. After we ordered, they all quickly hurried to the back like we stalled them from a break time. I get it I work in retail myself, but that just seemed so u professional. Indeed I went back in the service was much much better, In fact a complete 180° reversal from my last experience there. I do believe I will return under these circumstances. I wish I could offer a more thorough rating about the service, but I didn't receive any. There were three employees working behind the counter. I was waiting, and was first in line, but received no acknowledgment from any employees. No "hold on I'll be right with you". Just waiting. And waiting. And waiting. No "hello" either One girl came out from the back, looked at me, and walked right back to the back room without saying a word. I thought "oh maybe I'll be served now". Nope. All someone had to do was acknowledge me and I would have probably waited even a few minutes past the unacceptably long wait. Good luck and I hope your customer...
