D' Lily's Flower Shop — Local services in Watsonville

I was truly blown away and so was my girl! First class service and amazing end product. Here's my story - I live in London, UK and it's Valentines Day in about 5 days. I want to send something amazing to someone special in Aptos and contacted 8 more local florists (via email, Facebook page and phone). Nobody responded on FB and only 2 out of 8 replied on email, both saying they can't fully complete the order (14 roses + lillies + 1 or 2 others). One florist was kind enough to suggest D'Lilly's so I got on the phone. It's now 2 days until VD. The lady who took my call was utterly amazing, first class and exactly who you want to speak with. (Can't recall her name, but think it began with W?!). She asked me all the right questions to find out what I wanted to achieve, suggested great ideas, wrote a lovely hand written card for me AND produced the most incredible flower arrangement. So beautiful. Nothing was impossible and they will make sure it's a success for me. When you're so far away this is the service you hope to get - it took 10 companies to find D'Lily's. The cherry on the top was delivery. It's Valentines Day so they are flat out busy and can't deliver until 2pm - 5:30pm. I'm 8 hours ahead of Aptos so Valentines Day will be over by then for me. They worked their magic and ensured the flowers arrived about 11am local. AMAZING. I of course was the hero and took all the love and thank yous ;) ;) but the heros were D'Lily's. My experience with the D'Lily's flower shop was off the charts. Maria and her son Aldo handle My concerns professionally. They were very accommodating. I live 2 1/2 hours south of Watsonville they were very kind and prompt with questions that I had regarding flower arrangements for my girlfriend's birthday. I had a request for three dozen roses and white lilies in an in an arrangement. Your prices are excellent quality is the best to none. I am very happy with this flower shop and would recommend them highly above all else in the Watsonville area. I'm really fortunate to live so close to this lovely flower shop. I've ordered a couple of bouquets from them over the years that I've lived in Watsonville, and they have always had the exact flower and color I was looking for! They are also very nice and professional people. A few months ago, I received a lovely potted plant right on my doorstep from co-workers. I was so pleased that they used this shop! Once, I even asked if they had some old flowers that they were going to throw away, that I could use for a science experiment. I was totally prepared to go rummaging in their trash if I needed to, but the very kind lady actually gathered them for me herself and even put them in a bag! That's service for you.
