On the many of times I had to stop by, because staff did not answer the phone, they did not have the store open on time. Communication or lack there of, as we only spoke english. And the woman at the counter only spoke spanish. They really need someone that is bilingual at this store. That can actually be of some assistance. Very frustrated with their lack of customer service. And being hung up on when we were trying to find out what had happened to my Mothers funeral flowers was defineltley the last act of disrespect we had to deal with, very unprofessional indeed!! We were very clear about the location of my Mothers cemetary location, and yet they delivered her flowers to the wrong cemetary. Which delayed my Mothers funeral even more. And when the flowers finally arrived They did not look fresh and were falling apart at the service. The only recommendation I would give them is to close their shop. Not worth the services provided. Muchas veces tuve que pasar porque el personal no contestaba el teléfono, no tenían la tienda abierta a tiempo. Comunicación o falta de ella, ya que solo hablamos inglés. Y la mujer del mostrador solo hablaba español. Realmente necesitan a alguien que sea bilingüe en esta tienda. Eso en realidad puede ser de alguna ayuda. Muy frustrado con su falta de servicio al cliente. Y ser colgado cuando estábamos tratando de averiguar qué había pasado con las flores del funeral de mi madre fue definitivamente el último acto de falta de respeto con el que tuvimos que lidiar, ¡muy poco profesional! Estábamos muy claros acerca de la ubicación del cementerio de mi Madre, y aun así entregaron sus flores al cementerio equivocado. Lo que retrasó mi funeral de Madres aún más. Y cuando finalmente llegaron las flores, no se veían frescas y se estaban desmoronando en el servicio. La única recomendación que les daría es cerrar su tienda. No vale la pena los servicios...

I live in Washington now and I wanted to get a flower arrangement sent to my sister for her birthday. I found their FB page and I decided to send them a message in the middle of the night. I explained my situation that I wanted to send out a flower arrangement to my sister, however she lives in Salinas and I wanted to know if they can delivery in such short notice since I wanted the arrangement that same day in the afternoon.

I received a reply instantly that late at night 😊. Everything checked of, they where able to deliver, accepted my payment method, and was able to get a beautiful flower arrangements with a balloon bouquet for a very reasonable price.

The lady called me that day in the morning to place the order. My sister loved it!

So unprofessional. Multiple times I’ve tried to place an order, just for the store to be closed and unable to fulfill the order when it specifically says it is open. I don’t know what type of business they’re running, but this is just horrible. Don’t even waste your time calling because they never answer the phone. Don’t know why they’re still...
