HORRIBLE Placed order online for quick pickup.
Was to be ready at 530p.
529p made it to window, was told couple tickets ahead of me. I offered to pull to front door the they could wave me to come in and grab when it was ready so as not to hold up folks behind me.
535p I decide to go inside incase I missed them flagging me in. The individual who was working the window tells me it will be just another minute.
537p I hear another worker state ...I don't have enough cavatappi noodles to make that order. I flag the person down who had assisted me and ask is she referring to my order. She responds let me check.
539p she returns (this is now 10 minutes after I initially arrived at window, 9 minutes after order ready time, 4 minutes after it will be just another minute) she asks can we use a different noodle?
540p I asked for a refund. She says yes grabs paper and pen and has me right down name. States she needs my phone number to have a manager handle later. I explain that is unacceptable need before I leave, she needs to call manager to have resolved asap.
541p calls manager explains situation and learns manager is almost back to store.
543p manager comes in I explain she takes info and disappears to the back
547p manager returns to front with paper showing voided.
I received no food, no apology for the issue. Lack of general customer service up through manager.
I have relationships with the individuals who work at TMobile and Perspire in this strip and have been told this is the status quo for this location.

Read moreThis is my first time eating at this location. I used their online ordering to order one entre and one meal. The pick up time was scheduled for 5:45pm. I arrived right at 5:45 to pick up my order. It wasn't ready yet, so I waited for it.
After 15 minutes of waiting, I went up to the cashier and asked how much longer my order was going to be. He went to the kitchen and came back saying they were waiting on one of the meals to finish. I waited another 10 minutes and went to the same cashier, stating that I've been waiting for 25 minutes. He went to the back and grabbed one of the cooks from the back. They looked at the other orders in the pick up area and walked towards the back again. As they left, I asked if they needed my order number again and the cook said no.
A couple minutes later, the same cook came out stating that they had already prepared my order and someone must have taken it (which couldn't have been true since I was there since the ready time). They made the meal and finally got it to me 31 minutes after the ready time.
Once I returned home, I noticed they didn't give me my drink or the rice crispy that I ordered. I tried to call their phone number for the store location a few times, but as soon as you select to talk to someone at that location, the call disconnects.
The one positive was that I returned a half hour before close and explained that I didn't receive my full meal. They ended up giving me my drink and two rice crispy desserts. If they hadn't, this review would have easily been a...
Read moreI’ve visited this location multiple times because I really do enjoy the food but it’s pretty ridiculous that something is messed up every time I go. First two times both Rice Krispies were missing. Third time I ordered and picked up I noticed they were missing again so drove back around and the worker told me they were out of Rice Krispies. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when I picked up the first time? This time I ordered delivery. I was missing an entire appetizer and our food was freezing cold like it was barely cooked. I called and they apologized and said I could come pick it up, well I ordered delivery for a reason so I couldn’t pick it up and asked if they could just deliver it like it was supposed to be and they refused. I asked for a refund and he said okay we’ll get to it at some point. Like what?
