Ordered 3 impossible whoppers at 7pm 7/11/22, one was a medium meal, and an extra fry. The fry for the meal was missing but I received the extra fry so I came inside and let the cashier know I was missing just one fry and she immediately started having a rude tone followed by her cursing at me accusing me of trying to steal more fries and get free food, the drive-thru cashier proceeded to instigate the dispute. I was very patient and polite to her but she insisted I leave the store and as she walked away she said “bye bitch”. I was completely not expecting this reaction over a cashier error let alone her to immediately assume I was stealing from this location over a medium fry. Read moreI work in retail, so I know we all make mistakes. Unfortunately, the way a company handles those mistakes separates the good from the bad. When I recently went through the drive-through for an order, I was shorted food (I know...Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon 2), I should have checked the accuracy. When I returned to work, sure enough, short food that I paid for. Upon calling, I was asked if I would like to come back to get it...being that I paid for it, I said sure. Here is what gets me. When arriving I go inside and wait in line for the next available cashier and tell her my story. No "oh I am sorry" or Gee, I apologize for the mix up, how can we make it right" or even, "Let me get my manager"...NOPE...Not even a "Thank you" for coming back to get the food that you already paid for. There are too many other options for lunch-time fast food to not take care of the customers...
Read moreHonestly I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Have frequented here for years. Love the price and love BK in general but of the 30+ times I’m gone here nearly 75% of the time they’ve mess up my order. I’ve even reached out to the Manager to share some feedback. He was genuinely concerned and appreciated my feedback but unfortunately nothing has changed. Believe it or not I try to show as much grace as possible for any and all in the service industry as it hasn’t been easy the past couple years both for employees and employers. They don’t have it easy right now. Today, orders again from this location were messed up, 3 of the 5 items in the drive through.
