Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Waukegan

It is very sad to see all the reviews and realize that to me it was all a bad experience/ I got a contract with them on November of 2022- till October 2024, first when I got the furniture delivered it was not completed and two chairs were broken, the delivery people took the broken chairs back to the store and send them two weeks after, when they got delivered the two chairs were fix just with glue and I called the store right away and they took my information and never send anybody to get them to be fix but they told me they were going to do it, the first years I was never late on my payments but then I stopped caring because I was so disappointed, so when I started being late by one day or two they were calling me all day long, but when i asked for help with the broken furniture they never did nothing, and since my lease was completed they are been calling me to come back and buy more furniture but I would never go there again, they services and care at the moment of going to the store is decent but after they got what they want, they don’t really care anymore, that’s how I see it. Just sharing...

When u walk in aaron the lady that helped us she was very nice she helped my husband for a long time . This is my first time getting furniture from Aarons husband bought little this there well today the furniture was supposed to come between 12- 6 pm ok husband called the first time they told him that it was in the truck already ok well it 6.36 pm . Nothing yet ok so the lady karina called me back and told me in 25 minutes they will be here oh and she said about the snow it not that bad .. home choice gives u a time and there on the schedule that very good .. also I was put on hold for a long time what the he'll I called back and a girl answer I told her I was put on hold and I forgot the girl name so the girl I was talking to got on and she said I'm soooo sorry I had 2 customer came in the store hello u should have let me know that was rude if u want to work u shouldn't have done that usually there not a lot of people goes there when ur about to close I see u people justed talking I don't think I like this by the way I see this this store is in waukegan on...

I'm Larry greathouse I'm good friends of the Fitzpatrick family. They are long time customers of Aaron's furniture. I don't give reviews but I had to because I am very grateful for Aaron's an especially diesa who I never had the chance to meet an thank. My best friend a long time customer got real sick bad arthritis two kinds bone one being one. She lost her balance body weak couldn't walk stand uncomfortable sleeping at night ect. Dr.had her on so much medicine nothing work. She talked to diesa an diesa order her a message chair an something that attached to her bed that makes it go up an down.long story short. My friend thanks to that chair I call the miracle chair has her back up an back to herself an off her arthritis medicine.she has alot of her friends me one of them coming over using it an it to has helped them as well. I can't put in words the miracle I have witnessed from the help of diesa it's priceless she not only is a worker she is a life saver and I look forward to meeting her to say thanks you...
