I went to pick up an order I had made online at about 6:00 PM at the store on Sunset in Waukesha, WI. I walked in, heard the buzzer trigger and waited about 5 minutes. I then started asking "Is anyone here"? Nothing. I waited a few more minutes and thought maybe someone needs help in the rest room. So I walked back into the Warehouse, nothing. Another customer comes in to pick up a cell phone and it puzzled. I told her I'd been there 10 minutes and nobody has been inside the store expect me. I told her I think I'll call the cops just to make sure nobody was passed out in the Rest Room. I waited another 5 minutes and in walks the employee with a customer he'd been outside with working on a Key. The entire store was empty for 15 minutes. Does Management not think that's a problem? I ordered online and waited for the confirmation email came so I didn't have to wait. Clerk helps the woman with her cell phone right away without asking who's next, ticked me off. Then he has the finish the guy with the Key he's been working on and it literally takes another 5 minutes to finish that sale. Then he says to me "what can I do for you'? I show him my order number and tell him my last name. He says "I'll have to put that together for you. I said "No, I received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up". He says "Yeah, it's not been touched". So he gets the order together, another 5 minutes and tells me to have a nice...

She handled my 2 watches that were covered for life and reminded me about my key fab battery...I haven't changed it in a long time and it's my only key so I was can you change that too? (She just made another sale without any pressure!) Angelina and Harley worked together for a bit on the key fab because my car is weird I guess and had a funky fab. BUT they got in no time! Angelina also sold me on lifetime for my key fab! Both of the associates were extremely friendly and knowledge, they answered all of my questions and had me leaving feeling good!! Angelina even put up with me on the phone with my credit card company customer service to figure out why I was unable to put my own money on my own card to spend on my own good and services!! She was more than patient and understanding! Hartley was really nice and helpful as well but mad props to Angelina!! I'm so glad there was a survey to get these 2 employees recognised for their hard work and excellent customer service! This is 1 happy customer! Your store looked great and great, patient and efficient employees! I think they need a raise! My experience was flawless with them but I had my own issues that they dealt with in a manner full way! I will be back to this store!! And I will be telling people to come here as well! JOB WELL DONE TEAM!!...

I took my iPhone X in to replace the broken back glass. After three trips and leaving them with my phone about 10 hours over two weeks I was left with a phone that was now useless! When I took my phone in everything worked fine, the only problem was that the glass was cracked. After they ārepairedā my phone it could not find or connect to WiFi, could not charge wirelessly, could not use Face ID to unlock, it could not connect via Bluetooth, I could hear and feel that it had loose parts inside, the āupā button was barely sticking out the side of the phone, and it got very hot randomly when being used or not. After two unsuccessful attempts to fix the problems that they caused the store manager offered to replace my phone with a refurbished iPhone X. I asked that they just give me the money so that I could put it towards the purchase of a new phone since I was not interested in owning the refurbished phone that he was going to buy on amazon. The manager said that they would send me a check for $500. A few week later I received a check in the mail for $497.70. š The whole experience...
