Waited forever for our food and when we finally got it mine and my son's sandwiches were big slimy gross messes that would have been impossible to eat. We drove our subs back to the location we purchased them from and again waited forever to present our disgusting sandwiches to the cashier even though three supervisor were standing behind the counter watching me wait in line holding two sandwiches with dressing oozing out of the boxes. When we did finally get to the cashier and I started to explain what was wrong with the sandwiches she cut me off with a "yeah yeah yeah let me get you some gift cards" she didn't even want to hear what was wrong with them just refunded the money and gave us gift cards which would have been ok but she was rude and impatient. Another thing I noticed is that any time ANYONE ordered a sandwich she would ask everyone if they were sure that they wanted everything that comes on the sub actually on the sub and for the most part it just confused the customers and she'd say things like "well I just don't want to hear you come back and complain to me that there was something on your sub that you didn't want so I always ask." and she wasn't very pleasant about it nor was was she pleasant in general. Read moreI’m not sure who was working in the back kitchen area this morning but they need an attitude adjustment. I am a door dasher I went there today to pick up an order that said to pick up by 1023. Walked in just fine at 1019 as the doors were unlocked immediately after walking in this worker in the back said something about, are we open yet now I walked in as the doors were unlocked so I had no reason to question if they were open or not as well as the fact that my DoorDash said to pick up by 1023 as I’m standing there waiting for my order to be finished. I hear this person in the back talking about people shouldn’t be coming in until 1030 after leaving. I googled this location and it stated that they opened at 10 AM if the hours changed, maybe you guys should’ve update your hours online and maybe you guys should keep the doors locked and also notified DoorDash that your hours are being changed but to sit there and loudly have that type of attitude is absolutely unacceptable and it just made the atmosphere seems so tense. The night staff act as if they hate to see customers come in. Tonight they shared they can’t toast bread due to plastic in the toaster. I’m fine without having it toasted. I pay for my order and sit as I hear the manager speaking to a manger/owner who shares to put foil under each order. They continue to mess with the toaster and tell incoming customer they can’t toast bread. After 5 or so minutes of no one ATTEMPTING to make my food, they tell me they don’t have ham. I’m very understanding of a restaurant not having items in stock, but not when 4 employees are missing with the toaster and have me sitting for five minutes.
