Staff was friendly and helpful as i had an issue with this visit to this location verses other Panda Express stores. I ordered a bowl of chow mein with Beijing beef. The picture may seem normal but compared to my normal bowl was off. Normally the bowls i receive are too the edge and pretty much fully touch the lid. This one i could see down about half an inch or more and for as often as i eat Panda surprised me. I spoke with one of the workers and he explained they have serving sizes and i understand that. He also did give me some extra to fulfil my question of the amount i received. So not a bad experience overall but surprised to see the difference between locations. My normal locations are the Brookfield and West Allis locations which i always enjoy.

I usually have a pleasant time at this location. Tonight on this particular evening (today) I came in to redeem my bday reward. The young girl on the register was refusing me to use my bday reward without buying something. It does not say that on the coupon. She insisted. It’s just me, I did not need anything else. After she gave me enough attitude and no one else in store knew.. I tried to order through the app. Sure enough, no purchase necessary in order to redeem birthday reward. What would be the point of a loyalty bday meal, if I had to buy something else. The young lady needs to be not only retrained on your policies, but also on how to treat a customer. Her snickers on my way out were uncalled for.

"I ordered a plate of orange chicken and veggies from Panda Express and I wish I hadn't. The chicken was so greasy it felt like I was eating a bucket of oil, and the veggies were so mushy they fell apart when I tried to poke them with my fork. I couldn't finish my dinner and ended up throwing up. Stay away from this place, it's a nightmare."

I come to this restaurant often. Good news: The staff is nice. There are a variety of Chinese favorites and basically three menu options to choose from. Not so nice: I come to this restaurant not to expect that my favorite dish will be available. Every time I have come here, they often are out of menu items. When I asked once why this was true, the server replied, I will make what ever dish you would like. Well, the point of fast food is that is the food is ready when you get there. However, I did think that was a good response to me. I just always say no that will not be necessary, I will choose something else.

It might be hard to find a seat where the table is clean. I do not think they know the phrase, clenliness is next to godliness. Lol. However, I think a lot of people must order take out because if I look around I can usually find some table that is clean.

I would not run a restaurant like this. Shame on there management. These are big turn offs for guests at this restaurant. Have all food choices ready and clean the clace.

And finally, I have an issue with the front door. The wind is so strong that you have to be a Phy. Ed. major to open it. The first time I went there is was a little bit after supper time. I looked though the window to see if there was any activity in this place. I had checked Google ahead of time as to their hours of operation. Well, because it was near closing time, when I went to open the door I could not do it. Yes. It is true! So, I thought they were closed and Google had the wrong hours of operation.

Since then, I have just learned that this will be a hard door to open. Sometimes someone inside will see me struggling and come to help me with the door. However. It is usually another paron who has has the same issue with the door as well. I would just consider myself of average weight and strength. I can not believe that other reviewer have not written about this same issue.

Try some other Chinese places first. Even though this place is supposed to be fast food, they should call it slow food. I still come here, though. The food taste good and it is moderately priced. I am retired now. So, I have all the time in the world to ...

My daughter and I went there last night at about 5:50p.m. I wanted one thing, orange chicken and mixed veggies, and they were out of both. In total they were out of 4 entrees and the one side dish. I asked the young lady behind the counter, "How long for orange chicken and veggies?" She said, "I don't know, I don't know what the chef is working on." I responded with, "Can you go ask?" I was not a jerk about it, I just wanted to know how long the wait was. She looked at me like, Really, you want me to go ask? So she walk into the kitchen, and never came back. After about 5 minutes we decided to order something else. We were hungry and didn't want to wait anymore. We get to the register and told the teenager ringing us up that I want two regular fountain drinks with my order. He forgot to add them the order, and then just gave then to me.

We went to go sit down. I look outside and the same girl, who was supposed to be asking the chef, was standing outside of the side door talking on her cell phone! She had the door propped open with a highchair. I jokingly wondered, was she calling the chef?

Now lets talk about the dinning room. most of the tables were dirty, crumbs and drips of sauce everywhere. We managed to find one that look relatively clean. There was 3 employee's standing behind the line, and no customer waiting. I don't understand why one of them couldn't come out a wipe a table.

Over all it was not a good experience. The food we did get was okay, but it was not what we wanted. The place seem disorganized, like nobody knew what they were doing.

This place used to be better, but now it seems to be going downhill. I don't think I'll be back. The Panda Express in Brookfield is...

Went for lunch. They didn’t have either of the entrées I wanted ready to go when they opened. So I waited. They said the wait would be 10 minutes. It was over 20 minutes and then they came out to say that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the honey ginger chicken. Well then why is it advertised EVERYWHERE? So fine, they just gave me 2 of the other one I ordered. And I paid for an egg roll and there was none in the bag when I got back to work to eat. The workers were all very nice and apologetic, but I have a problem with how this business is run. #1 - Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to be more on the ball. OR they need to remove old advertising. #2 - all main entrées should be ready to go when the store opens up or then specify that some are only dinner options. #3 - When you are down the street from a school, and you know the school has open campus, you lose a LOT of money by not having the store open to eat-in service. I saw at least 30 students walk to the store, walk up to the door, and walk away. And all of them had masks on. ...
