They wore Dirty uniforms with food on them. No hand washing, no hair nets rude disgusting staff. I sent my 14 year old granddaughter in to pay for the pizza. They refused to give her a receipt. The didn’t give her the receipt or correct change back. When I came in to ask about it. I was ignored by the disrespectful manager with dreadlocks. Another customer who was standing in back of me in line tried to get the manager’s attention for me. Finally after waiting there too long the manager and his dreadlocks shouted at me in front of a room full of customers. WHAT!!! WELL,WE ARE BUSY SO YOU GOT TO WAIT!!!! I was appalled and disappointed by this unexpected unprovoked response. This was all while my grandchildren were watching this man talk to me like this. The other employees were not very sanitary because nobody was wearing hair nets or washing hands. The manager with the dreadlocks was not a very good leader and showed ZERO professionalism. As he was being rude to me I noticed he had flour in his hair and he was sweating over the food. I swiftly asked for my money back. I got the refund and left. I’m completely done with this business. The entire staff needs to be FIRED!!! The owner should be aware of this atrocious behavior. Also one staff member was playing loud music and walking around eating pizza instead of working. It’s safe to say that I won’t be back. If I’m spending my money I definitely expect great service. If I could rate a 0 star would!!! The owner should check it out and see what is going on in their business because it is a crying shame that this is happening. If you are the owner of this place reading this Please watch out for your bottom line (cash flow) here because the customers are being chased away...
Read moreWe really enjoy the thin crust at Little Caesars, but unfortunately we will not be returning to this location after dealing with an unprofessional manager. We did not receive items in our order and one of our pizzas was wrong. It was a busy Friday so I went in to simply request a refund for the missing items and the pizza that was wrong, and explained one other pizza was fine and we did not need a refund for it. I was met with nasty looks and an attitude asking where the other pizza was to which I explained my three year old needed to eat and we had no problem with it and I could FaceTime my husband if need be to prove we had received it, to which she responded I can’t give refunds for separate items. Not sure how I was supposed to know this, and sounds like a faulty system on Little Caesars end, not something a customer should be punished for. I explained again I’m sorry we just had no problem with the other one so I didn’t think to bring it along. She rolled her eyes at me and asked for the order number which I gave then she printed out a receipt handed it to me and walked back to the back without another single word. She did in fact issue a refund for the full order, which I appreciate, but it could’ve been done with a little more kindness and sympathy. This interaction is enough to make us stay clear of this location indefinitely, even if we usually have a good experience with the food. Beware that if you happen to have an issue you must apparently return the entire order and will likely not have the best customer experience in...
Read moreCan I give zero stars? I have ordered 3 times from this location, and 2 out of 3 times it has been terrible. The first time, I had to wait almost an hour past the time it was estimated to be ready to receive my order, but the pizza was good, so I figured everyone has a bad day sometimes, right? Since my 8-year-old, who is a very picky eater, was happy, I thought we should try again. The second experience was as expected; food ready on time, and pizza quality was as expected, so we tried a third time. Only to NOT have pizza ready when I received an email that said it was, which included a code to retrieve it from their warming ovens, only to find out that the code did not work. The employees were unavailable/unapproachable to inquire about the confusion, so I waited. I watched a customer place an order after this (at least 30 minutes AFTER my order SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN READY) and continued to wait. Nearly 30 minutes later, they finally let me know my order was ready. I quickly picked it up from the counter and left. While pulling out, I noticed the customer who placed an order at least 30 minutes after my order should have been ready was walking out of the store with his pizza. After arriving home, I discovered that our pizza was cold. I left poor feedback from the survey email I received after both bad experiences, and I did not receive any follow-up or offers to rectify the experience. I will not be ordering...
