Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Wauseon

Went there to purchase a go cart they have sitting outside. They have none in stock besides the one that has been sitting outside for quite awhile now, and the staff said they could not order anymore in. When looking at the go cart outside, there was missing nuts and bolts, the tools that are required to put the go cart together in the bag sitting on the floor of the go cart, and the seats that were once red were blotchy from sitting out in the direct sun and weather. Finally when a manager was reached, my husband asked the manager if we could get a discount on the one sitting outside since it was the last one and no one could order anymore in, the manager said maybe $50 and walked away. When confronted about the missing nuts and bolts and the weather wear and tear on it, it was apparent the manager did not care. So, we left. Please do not buy this go cart that has been sitting outside. They expect $1500 plus tax for a machine that has not been properly taken care of and is not interested in actually trying to sell that type of product. Do not waste your money or time.

Update: I was told to call a number to let the customer service department know what was going on and after three attempts and 20 minutes later, I was unable to get a hold of anyone. So, I am changing my review to two stars down to one. This company is a waste of time. In fact, I would look for products elsewhere. My husband bought a pair of shoes there one time, over $100, was told he could bring them back if they fell apart after a month. They lasted two weeks and no return. This was my go to store over Adrian until now. I can not believe the way everything is being handled over there. Rude customer service, asked for the manager and was just as incompetent as the other I talked to. Went for a tow behind cart for my tractor. I was told to go out side and look. It looked like a tornado hit that place. Stuff was half built, rusting in the outside conditions... absolutely unacceptable especially for a $300 item. When asked for help a second time, still no one came and when spoke to the manager, he stated “he didn’t see me” out there. Clearly didn’t look to hard. The last few times we visited this store was a big disappointment employees gathered at the front registers on their phones or just chatting it up no one in the store seeing if anyone needs help yesterday was the last straw the kids up front were seeing who could get their balls to bounce higher I never did find the main item I went in for when I checked out I mentioned to the kid at the register maybe he needed to see if he could help instead of playing with the balls and he laughed like it was the funniest thing he ever...
