Incompetent and a whole host of colorful adjectives google won’t let me say. Dr Ricon and Dentist Dr Fox are amazing! That’s the end of my complements! This place has a high turn over ratio. They make their money off of the poor, Amish, and slave labor. Poor communication w/ office staff. They don’t seem to have issues speaking with one another (about things that don’t pertain to the job I.e. what t.v. Shows they watched the night before), but can’t communicate with patients about things pertinent to their affairs ( I.e. next appt, prescriptions, etc). I’ve been going here for 6 years and I’ve been thru 7 different doctors and nurse practitioners. Oh and 4 different dentists. This place is either the stepping stone place or where you go when you can’t work anywhere else. Don’t allow the nutritionist in the room...she will tell you one thing ( what she learned about the food pyramid), but if you press her she will honestly tell you her education was pretty much bull@$&:/. I do appreciate her honesty, but if I didn’t know what I knew going in... she would of pumped me full of lies and bad info.
If you can avoid it...stay clear of this place! Get a check up at Walmart or cvs. This place only wants to see you for 5 min and then overly bill you. This place is a joke!!! Now I’m calling my goons to get their collection agency from posting on my credit!!
THE BILLING DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH SOME HUMANS! ITS CLEAR YOU WERE TAUGHT HOW TO USE THE SOFTWARE, BUT NOT HOW TO THINK FOR YOURSELF. MIDDLE FINGER TO ALL OF THOSE WHO WORK IN BILLING. TWO MIDDLE FINGERS TO THE ONES WHO LIE INSTEAD IF SAYING, “IDK SIR LET ME GET YOU OVER TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ANSWER THAT QUESTION FOR...

I was here on June 6th, 2023 for a new patient exam/dental clearance so I could have open heart surgery this summer. Got the clearance but was advised to have some minor cavities taken care of beforehand - alright, makes sense to do that. So, I tried to schedule to get them taken care of. Well, this is where it all goes down hill. They only schedule __ many days out, ok fine, I totally get that. (Can't remember exactly how many days but it's not relevant at this point tbh) I asked if there's a wait list and get told 'yes, there is' - awesome! That takes one thing off my plate while I try to get everything in order for my open heart surgery, like getting my kids registered for school, yada yada. Nope. It just added to it more. After asking once a week, for three weeks, getting told that there's still no openings, and that they can't tell me where I am on the wait list - I've decided that 1) this wait list doesn't actually exist and 2) I'll be paying with a credit card at an out of network place before returning here. Thankfully my cardiologist team at the medical college in Milwaukee (yea, it was THAT bad) had enough of this places b.s at week two and scheduled my OPEN HEART surgery so I didn't have to continue living with massive anxiety about my increased chance of RANDOMLY FALLING OVER DEAD. Still waiting 84 years later to be called about reaching the top of that...
Read moreDr Morsy performed oral surgery to remove an impacted lower wisdom tooth. He knew he was not qualified to perform this surgery but did it anyway. He never explained the risks to me prior to surgery. The clinic did not have nitrous oxide to ease the pain and is therefore is not adequately equipped for oral surgery. Dr Morsy caused me whiplash due to the brutal force he used. A root broke off my tooth, and he was using such force on my jaw that he slipped with the tool and gouged my outer throat, severing nerves. I screamed, but he never even acknowledged the pain. He simply said "we'll take a break". It has been a year now since this traumatic experience. I have permanent damage to the nerves that stimulate my salivary glands, causing severe dehydration. My bottom right chin and lip are still numb. My throat feels as though I have strep throat all of the time. I have been diagnosed with major depression and PTSD. I still receive chiropractic care for the whiplash and jaw trauma. Corporate compliance tells me this wasn't surgery and Dr Morsy was not negligent in any way . That "this kind of thing happens...
