I absolutely positively cannot express how amazing the staff are at Diamonds Direct. I went to various other stores before stopping here (notably Jared and Kesslers) and I was expecting to see the same pricing, receive the same attitude from sales reps, and have a poor experience as most usually do when shopping for jewelry.

I was BLOWN AWAY when we were greeted with smiling faces, were never pushed to make decisions that we didn't like, and when I tell you that the pricing AND QUALITY both were light years ahead of the competition, I mean I didn't and still don't understand how it was even possible. I got a better diamond, the literal diamond of my now fiancee's dreams, for a fraction of the price that I would have spent at the other stores I mentioned earlier. The ring was completely in my budget for what I saved for (they actually also offer financing options as well if you haven't saved up - they have every base covered), I mean literally $100 under what I had saved for. It was the perfect ring for the perfect price. The ring was delivered on time to me, ready a month ahead of when I needed it, and I was updated every step of the way. They even included a free extra gift that I was able to give to my fiancee as well, AND THIS GIFT WAS NOT SMALL. Something that we will absolutely cherish for life!

Daniel, I absolutely cannot thank you enough. I could not have done this without you. If I hadn't found Diamonds Direct, I would have been overpaying for a diamond that was way smaller, and quite frankly way worse quality than what I was able to buy through you guys. Because of what you did for me, my fiancee now has a stunning 4+ carat diamond ring on her finger that she will be able to wear and love for the rest of her life. I have literally told every man in my life about this place. I am a customer for life, and I'm making sure that all of my friends and family will be too.

Karim, I also want to thank you for all your help while Daniel was out of the office. You helped to get everything sorted out towards the end with our gift, and I truly appreciate having been able to work with you! I look forward to working with you again very very very soon.

As for anyone reading this review, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP IN. THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM, NO PUN INTENDED. YOU WILL SAVE MONEY, AND GET WAY BETTER QUALITY JEWELRY. WHAT ELSE COULD YOU ASK FOR? I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. I am the type of person that only writes reviews when I'm upset, but I absolutely had to write a review for Diamonds Direct because they went above and beyond in every way imaginable for me throughout this process. Did I mention that their in-house jeweler re-sized my watch free of charge? AND fixed a gold bracelet of mine, when Jared (the place I bought it from) told me that it was unfixable and would cost $199 to replace the broken clasp. My family has been blessed to go to multiple Diamonds Direct locations in three different states, and consistently, Diamonds Direct (DD) goes above and beyond. In November 2023, we went to DD in Schaumburg, IL, and we worked with the amazing staff there, including Vickie and Dave, to "refresh" four diamond rings. First, my mom inherited her grandmother's engagement ring from the late 1800s, and in working with DD, the decision was made to refurbish the ring back to its original glory. The end result is truly stunning, and we have a great family story to go with it. Second, my mom inherited the diamond ring that my grandfather gave to my grandmother for their 25th wedding anniversary. We found a lovely new setting that DD used to place my grandparent's 25th anniversary diamond. Mom enjoys wearing this ring to dinner with her friends, and it is so sparkly and a great conversation piece. Third, we extracted the diamond from my mom's engagement ring from my dad, and the amazing DD jeweler, Dave, created a unique, simple and elegant pendant design for this very special and sentimental diamond. Finally, my mom has always loved hummingbirds. We worked with Dave to create a one-of-a-kind hummingbird drinking from a flower in a pendant design. Dave patiently added details such as texture to the hummingbird's wings and varied matte vs shiny white gold throughout the pendent. DD then worked with a company to have the design created, and in the pendant, we included the diamond from my grandmother's engagement ring, and accent jewels including rubies from my mom's engagement ring. It is simply breath-taking and stunning, and it has so much of what my mom loves in a very special design.

Most recently, my mom and I went to the Wauwatosa, Wisconsin location, and we worked with Michelle to get our DD pieces evaluated for insurance purposes. We called and made an appointment, and from the moment we walked through the front door, the staff at DD made us feel so welcome. They brought us a coffee and a hot chocolate that we enjoyed while discussing our jewelry with Michelle. As luck would have it, Michelle was aware of our story even before we arrived, and she discussed each of our pieces with us and then cleaned them too. Free of charge, Michelle took measurements and appraised the value of each of our pieces, and she provided written confirmation a few days after our visit.

We are fans of Diamonds Direct, and as you can imagine, we are looking forward to our next visit. Consistently, they have amazing staff, and they share their "family" culture with their clients. Thank you,...

My wife and I had visited the store because we had heard all the ads on the radio, and my wife lost a stone from her wedding band. We were greeted by Karim. He looked at the ring and pleasantly said no problem we can take of that. As we looked around, we began to see all the beautiful diamonds and settings. The store and its presentation is amazing. We have never been in such a store. Karim showed us some diamonds, there was no pressure, it was like we were talking to long time friend. Super sincere and great big smile made us feel comfortable.

By our surprise, the jeweler was in the store an assured us that what we were purchasing would work in the setting.

The experience was exceptional. My wife felt so comfortable she has been back a number of times with some of her older jewelry that she had them make into a necklace.

Everyone we worked with were so great. I wish it was this easy 30 years ago.
