I went to this store because a family member told me to for my wedding in September. It was a huge mistake that I will regret for the rest of my life. The $100 hookup will cost you well over $350 after shoes and alterations. Also, took around four hours to pick out our suits and get sized. The worst part is they alter the tuxedo or suit jacket and pants however they leave the collared shirt in the package without altering it. I looked like a total idiot for my entire wedding because I trusted Nickavonis to provide me with a presentable tuxedo/suit for my wedding. So just a little friendly advice: do not trust Nickavonis to provide you with a suit or tuxedo you can be proud to wear in public let alone a wedding or important event. The other tuxedo/suit stores do alter their collared shirts. Half of the staff we interacted with were friendly however half were not. They suck. The African American males were friendly and greeted us, small talked. The older Caucasian Sunny, was pretty helpful. The owners unfriendly didn't seem to appreciate our business. All of the African American ladies there instead of greeting and saying hello, or welcome in, or are you needing any assistance. They just stared or looked down at their electronic devices. I swear one was saying something slick under her breath.When we came to pick up my sons suit we were standing at the counter forever. Sunny was in the corner the whole time, I was like really you know what we're here for. So if you want bad customer service but nice clothes shop here. I only went there because of the Variety. The service is horrible because it is very disorganized and inconsistent. They placed my order literally 2 months before the wedding and it took about a month for it to get there. Barely any of the employees were helpful and there was alot bad attitudes . They seem to have trouble keeping track of orders or requests. My groomsmen had to go get fitted for the same suit at least three times and I don't know why. My guess is probably to stall. The merchandise is great , but the business is ran horribly.
