I only gave this one star because of the treatment I experienced at Mayfair Mall. I'm a frequent regular customer of this location. So I'm amazed. But on 9/22, I had a return to make. I'm the 4th person standing in line. No big deal; I'm not in a rush, so I am being patient. I'm having a wonderful self-care day, just taking care of business. There were two cashiers, so the wait wasn't that long, but the one cashier was very professional and greeted every one of the customers. And when she completed the transaction, she thanked them and asked them to come again. Now, the cashier, I unfortunately ended up with who has a cashier number of 6030067 and was on register 2. She was less than enthused to be there. Well, she wasn't as friendly as the cashier, who is on register one. She said hi or next to the ones who ended up going to her, but when she got to me, any professional Lesson that she tried to display was out the door. This is how it went.
I am next in line. She looks at me and says, are you ready? In not so pleasant tone. I did not acknowledge her aggressiveness. I just walked up to the counter. I took the items from the bag, sat them on the counter, and handed her a receipt. She took the receipt out of my hand. I held my phone over to her and asked. Do you need to scan my Victoria's Secret customer card? She did not reply; she was ignoring me. I asked again, but instead, she told me the dollar amount returned to my card. I said, ma'am, I asked you, did you need to scan my Victoria's Secret card? She said no, I don't and quickly said, "$52 is going back on your card; swipe your card!". I looked at her in disbelief that this was happening. As I stood there with multiple cards in my hand, I asked "" What are the last four digits of the card to which the Refund will be applied?" I have more than one card. Like so many other Americans, providing this information is vital. She gave me the number. I swiped the card. The register was taking a very long time to process. So, I had a chance to review her and her demeanor. I am not sure if she was called in at the last minute, but how she dressed. You could tell she did not want to be there. She just rolled out of bed. This young white female wore a tight-fitting, small, stained, short-sleeved shirt. The bottom of her stomach was hanging out. She had on dingy, greenish-colored, loose-leg leggings. I don't even know, but the attire was totally inappropriate. So clearly she wasn't happy, but when she saw my black face. It made it even worse; while waiting, we still heard the cashier at the register one be very pleasant and professional with her customer, and give them exceptional customer service.
So once the register we were at finally processes the information. She handed me my receipt and said, here you go! That is all she said. Lol.. I'm not sure if I'm crazy or what that was so unprofessional that I just took the receipt and walked away. Luckily, I was in a great mood that day. I would have asked for a manager, but here we are on a bigger platform because I am still baffled.
Victoria's Secret. We need to do better. This is happening too often in your stores across the nation. Better customer service, non-judgmental people, need to be part of your organization. Maybe you need to put on your application the question if they are racist or prejudiced by any other race, color, creed, gender, or familiarity. Do they have strong political views that may treat your customers differently? At some point, all companies need to know who they are hiring because this is getting ridiculous. And old to be treated in this kind of manner.
Oh by the way $52 was just one of my item that was returned out of my entire order the day before. Just imagine the amount that I paid to receive this service

Read moreNo customer service, kindness, or passion from the workers here! I came in to try on a specific bra. I was told the fitting rooms would be closed for 20 minutes because of a spill in the fitting room and bleach needed to dry. Even though I didnt have much time I shopped around for about 20 minutes. An associate saw me waiting and waiting by the fitting room for about 10 minutes but never offered helped. I had to ask her if she could now please let me in to try on the bra. She replied the fitting rooms were closed for the day. So they wasted my time and didnt seem to care either. Went to the PINK store grabbed a similar bra because I just wanted to know my size! They said they could not let me in the fitting room because the manager took off with the key. So I went home feeling like they didnt want my business. Waited a few days and called first to ask if there were fitting rooms available and associate that answered was unfriendly like it was a dumb question but still I returned to find a temporary location at the mall. No one offered me help but I was just happy to finally get a fitting room. I did have a few questions and the associates there were unfriendly and appeared annoyed to have to help. Iv never felt so unwelcome at a Victoria Secret store. The brand is definitely not what it used to be. I worked at a VS store for a brief holiday season once in California and we were trained to be all about the customer and associates were so passionate about the brand. Here it wasn't until I spent $300 at the register that I finally recieved even the slightest customer service tone from an associate. This location needs help and new staff or training. Nothing says you dont care about your job like wearing...
Read moreon april 24th at 7pm my friend and i went in and asked for a full coverage bra with no push up. i was asked my size which i told the woman and she took me to a section of super push up bras. she asked my size again and handed me one. i told her i did not want a push up and she led me to another section of super push up and minimal coverage. she then told us to head to the dressing room and that another worker would help us and make sure the bras worked for me. my friend and i just took the ones she gave us and went to find what i actually wanted which took us five minutes. the woman we were directed to was talking to a man and i asked her for a fitting room. she looked at her watch and said “seriously?” in a very rude tone. she told us to go check if one of the rooms was open and if not she couldn’t help us. she then went back to talking to the man. i tried on what i needed and waited in line to check out the bra that i actually wanted. the cashier didn’t even say hello, she just said “phone number” and chewed her gum. after she finished checking us out i said thank you and she just said “yeah”. the whole experience was terrible and i felt very uncomfortable the whole time. this was not a welcoming environment and i felt judged and as though i was an inconvenience the entire time. i will not be coming back...
