Called a week ago to set an appointment to get my twin daughters a tattoo as a graduation present. I asked what minimum price is for a tattoo, and was told $80, was never told about a deposit. A week later, both me and my daughters took time off of work to make it to the appointment, just to be stood up by the artist.
