I frequent this establishment. Relatively fast service considering the location, most days. Staff generally only needs order repeated once. They do not run AC that I have ever observed. They have a nasty habit of not checking if your bread is stale or close to it prior to putting your toppings of choice in it, be on the lookout for this. That being said, they're usually pretty good on replacing toppings they notice aren't up to par. Usually kept fairly clean- in particular their bathrooms I've never observed a mess in. There are usually tables open no matter how busy they are- this is partially due to the fans that are there by what after some serious thought I can only reckon to be unpleasant design. Said fans are on all the time- I've been informed they are actually not allowed to turn them off without supervisor permission. I have only ever observed them off once. It's a sore point and it's pretty blatantly an act against the customer I've seen implemented in most Subway locations.
All in all not enough to keep me from buying subs from them but some pretty sore points against eating inside. Their staff are generally friendly and unless you get a trainee taking your order pretty swift...
Read moreThe 14 -16 year old staff and customers were less than pleasant to be around. I kept having to duck to avoid taking an elbow to the face from a teenager as he flailed about, using all of the slang ever.
Then I had to say WHAT 47 times while the sniffing teen behind the counter mumbled inaudible noises. When the finally got to "our" sandwiches, they were not our sanwiches at all. Then they finally found our forgotten sandwiches. They were made i correctly and the little boys making them threw a fit that I wanted it remade. Finally, we reached the check out, and the head little boy mumbled something at me that was not people words of any kind. I said "excuse me?" Like normal humans do... he replied "!WHAT!" So, I broke it down to toddler time and said "I ASKED WHAT YOU SAID TO ME BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND YOU." Not loudly at all, just, like I was talking to a toddler ..
This has nothing to do with subway, but the ding Dong herd of teens in front of me behaved like they had never been in public before. They need chaperones.
Worst food fetching experience ever in the whole world.
I would give 0...

I am a full-time retail worker, I see hundreds of faces a day and understand the importance of treating patrons and visitors cordially and respectfully. I utilize this ethic inside and outside the workplace. So here is a review from a purely professional perspective of similar station.
I stepped in to order one single sandwich. Didn’t expect to feel so isolated. No greetings, minimal eye contact, not one smile or kind gesture reciprocated. One worker asked how my day was going and was clearly disinterested in actually hearing my response. There was a poor kid at the register who was clearly new, and his coworkers showed little to no initiative in helping him, despite the fact that I was the last order. Was planning to eat inside but decided against it and promptly left. With little surprise, there was no “Thank you” or “goodbye.”
Never felt such secondhand embarrassment from the quality of customer service before, but on a positive note, the sandwich...
