Tonight I placed an order #5084064 at 5:32 to be picked up at 6pm . I arrived at the store at 5:55 paid for my order and was told it would be a few minutes. The girl who took my card according to my receipt was Quincy b. And she and the other girl working the counter spends the next 20 minutes drinking pop throwing receipts at each other and stuffing paper down each others shirts really having a good time when I went to check why I had not received my order it appears my order was never put in I then asked to have my money refunded . Carson w. Took good care of that so that we could leave your store with nothing but frustration. I realize it’s really hard to get staff, but those two girls aren’t doing your business any favors. There was another order sitting in the warmers for ten + minutes until the lady asked about her order and they realized it was waiting for them to quit with their games. I usually get all my pizzas here but I won’t be back after this event I would suggest any other little Caesar’s but not this one until some additional staff training and customer service is given to the front line staff. The last couple of visits, two African American men confronted me in the parking lot while I was holding my pizza, demanding to know why I was “staring at them.” I wasn’t, I had just picked up my food. They stood there without shirts, looking like they were ready to fight. As I walked toward my car, I saw four more guys from that gym waiting around. I felt too intimidated to leave, so I went back into Little Caesars and waited until they were gone.
I live just two blocks away and used to come here almost every day. But now these guys are out there regularly, making people uncomfortable. I’ve spoken to other customers who were also harassed and we’re all fed up. Just because they train hard doesn’t give them the right to intimidate others or take over the lot like it’s their turf.
Unless something is done about the loitering and aggression from this gym, I won’t be coming back: and I’m not the only one saying this. It’s not fair to the great staff inside to lose customers over something happening right...
Read moreMy fianceè ordered pizza online today, 10/25 30 min in advance. Her order was scheduled to be done in 15 min. She gets there on time and they told her we did not make it yet. She waits 10 minutes only for them to tell her that the order is completed but at another little Cesar's about a 5 minute drive. She showed them on her phone that is wrong but they told her to go to the other restuarant. She goes to the other one and they told her we dont have your pizza. She get an email confirmation minutes later stating her receipt amount and where it was placed. The address shows it was at the restuarant she ordered at which was the first one. She called the manager and the manger was extremely rude and told her she needed to go the the right store and proceeded to hang up on her followed by saying bye. Out of frustration my fianceè yelled at the manager it demanded for him not to hang up. He appeased her with a refund and free pizza. Sad that it had to come to that for a company to respect their customers. Worst customer service for a company but then again, it is run by a bunch of junior high and high schoolers.
