It may just be this location, I would not recommend me and my partner ordered 2 footloose by themselves and a super nacho it came out to 19 something not that bad well we both ordered everything on footloose did not come with everything and the things it did come with they just placed in the middle of the footlong and the nachos were terrible I love nachos but these literally looked like they cam from the dollar tree down the road the cheese and what ever sauce they had with it was not hot wasn't even warmed and we asked for no jalapeños and instead of bot getting them they placed them in our cheese which was Nasty considering the cheese wasn't melted so the jalapeño juice was just sitting on top with the jalapeños shoved in the cheese overall the food was alright the footlomg was good but not the nachos the people were nice got...

Me and my husbant went through drive through at 12:47pm and we ordered 2 super dogs and 2 pizza burgers and they said it would be 4 minutes more like 10 and then come to start eating 1 super dog that was hard bun and old and room temperature dog and my husband's pizza burger was a chicken patty with little quarter size sauce on bottom bun and no pizza flavor at all. We never finished are food it was that bad , what a waste of 15.80 and No we didn't go back to talk with them because we had to eat and get to work ,plus I dont think it would matter because the young blond who took my order didn't seem to thrilled to be interrupted with customers today and no even a smile or nothing . The ice cream is amazing. This location is drive-thru only. I do not understand why the lobby is closed. I am genuinely interested what could possibly be the explanation. This location often gets so many visitors in the drive-thru, cars will be queued and sitting idle in 41st St which is an obvious hazard. The lobby has been closed all season. Please does anyone have an explanation?
