My husband and I have shopped at this Coach store several times. We have always had a great experience. We have since moved 7 hours away. I have recently ordered a purse that I have really wanted for some time from the Coach website. It was to be a Christmas present from my husband. Only to have it canceled 2 days later because it was out of stock. I have shopped with this store since 2013!! Best customer service that you could ask for. I used to live in Sioux Falls South Dakota I had moved to Nashville Tennessee four years ago. I can honestly say they have the best customer service the best shipping and they also stand behind their product. I will continue to shop with the store no matter where I’m at. I honestly had such a great experience! I’ve been looking for a certain purse that was sold out everywhere (including online). I’m from Texas and a sales associate told me to call this store cause they might’ve had in store. I did just that and Tiffany helped me! She was so nice and helped me with the process of buying a purse even if we are states apart! The process was so easy and they sent me a copy of my receipt and I also received emails.
