This was my first time here. Been in the mood to try something new. Was in the area and was tossed between here and panda. Upon entering, was greeted with a pleasant smell that I couldn't contribute to one specific thing. Ordering was a breeze besides what protein I wanted, went with pork belly. Upon receiving my food I was impressed with the amount provided. I order the tonkostu ramen with pork belly to keep it classic and simple. The broth was pretty good. Smooth and creamy yet fatty as well. Noodles were a tad blad for a noodle flavor but otherwise, they were chewing and cooked perfectly for a ramen. The soy marinated egg was perfect. Would definitely recommend ordering a second one. Bamboo shoots were full of flavor. So onto the main act, the pork belly, had a nice light smokey flavor, nice slight sear to give a little crunch, but otherwise it was well done. I received 3 pieces and they were not to thinly sliced which gave it just the right amount without struggling to chew. Only thing I'd ask for a change is the ability to add your own chili spice. Outside of that, I'll more than likely be coming back to try a couple others.

7/5/24 Came back finally to give another one a shot. This time I had the beef miso. Beef was med rarest first, which says on the board. Came with green onion, which in my opinion I thought was a bit light for my personal liking but can't be to picky for personal preferences. Sprouts worked perfectly like last time. Crunchy due to prime blanching but they also absorbed alot of the broth. The soy egg was creamy and so so delicious. The noodles were done perfectly. Now onto the broth. Please keep in mind this is my personal preference not a negative remark to the business. I wasn't a huge fan. The flavors were great but wasn't my thing. The flavor for me just couldn't fully grasp my liking. Maybe some spicy would help or...

Had to try this place out, it has barely been open for a month but the super fun store front definitely caught my attention! Very nice atmosphere inside, very modern and clean. The menu took a second to figure out. The menu you can pencil an order in on is NOT the full menu. See black menu or tv screens for a full list of menu options.

Food here was pretty good. Very similar to Ramon Fuji on Minnesota Avenue although in my opinion, Fuji has a slight edge on flavor and value. The biggest advantage they have here over Fuji is their Bubble Teas! They do a really good job on these, 5 stars for sure! I would definitely recommend hitting this place up even if it’s just for their drinks. We will probably frequent here for their fantastic beverages and we’ll likely get food here while we’re at it.

For 4 of us to order an entree and a bubble tea we averaged $25 per person so definitely on the expensive side.

We tried the regular and “spicy” beef Tonkotsu. Both were good but definitely lacking in heat on the spicy one. We also tried the Shoyu which was also good. The last Ramon we tried was the Miso. I’ve had some really good Miso soup and some really bad Miso soup. This was a better than average Miso, definitely one of the better ones I’ve tried. I do plan to go back and try the sushi next time.

For drinks we tried the Mango and Watermelon smoothies with boba which were top notch. Pineapple fruit tea, and milk tea made with almond milk and strawberry were also delicious. The way they custom craft these and pack & seal them in house is pretty unique.

Altogether, good experience. Good service, good food. Much better food than your typical fast food experience, just be prepared to spend more than you’re typical fast...

The food was okay, a bit expensive for our tastes, but pretty good. I enjoyed the pork rice box and if you like pork, I would definitely recommend it. My son got the beef rice box and we didn't like it as much, the flavors and sauces are very different. My other son got a Poke Bowl and enjoyed it.

The Boba was AMAZING. We will go back for the boba again. All three of us got different flavors, with different bobas inside. I'm not a fan of tapioca boba (it upsets my stomach) so I was really happy to be able to try the jelly bobas. One of my sons also loves the juice filled bobas and was excited that they had those as well. All three flavors we tried were delicious and we're all excited to go again and...

Neat newer place. The food tastes great. The service was warm and welcoming. You could easily order by the door instead of waiting on the line using a digital screen. It was clean and well maintained including the restrooms. What I found fun is having many adds on toppings over the drinks and you get to choose among many healthier options and even have them sugar free. I liked the rose green tea drink with passion fruit boba. The bowls were artsy solid ceramic. The music played as a background was intriguing, not sure if it was in Japanese, Korean or Chinese. The food tasted good. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because there were not many varieties in the menu main meal wise.
