Fuji Sushi Express — Restaurant in Wayne Township

Used to come here all the time when I worked in the mall, is very yummy. Well did an online order today that was for x2 fried gyoza x2 spicy tuna and a dragon roll. Husband went to pick up for me. Came back with just one thing that was a spicy salmon?? So I said well this absolutely isn’t it my order came up to 50$ so I called. They didn’t understand what I was saying and said I have the wrong place, like NO I have my online order receipt I KNOW who I ordered from. Finally after explaining over and over the person on the phone says oh he has the spicy salmon. “ like okay so is MY order still there?? They said yes so I sent my husband back with my email receipt. Well now I’m told they didn’t even refund the 6$ we did for the WRONG order????? Like that isn’t my food I shouldn’t have had to pay for that AND we brought it back. I’m so disappointed and angry. I've had 10/10 sushi before. I've had 1/10 sushi before. This is solid 7/10 sushi from a family-run establishment, whose employees truly care about the service they provide, which bumps the experience to a 10.

This is the 2nd best sushi spot in the entire city, Sushi Masa downtown is the 1st. You cannot beat $4 roll prices. Quality is exceptional; well exceeding the price-point. Don't be fooled by some of the absurd reviews. Some idiot said "food was cold." IT IS SUSHI. IT IS A COLD DISH. Someone else said they ordered 4 salmon rolls and it "wasn't good." There's over 30 rolls on their menu and you chose 4 plain salmon rolls? Whatever, I don't particularly expect Midwestern rednecks to understand the quality and nature of the dishes served by this fine facility.

So disappointed with the customer service here. My boyfriend and I ordered online and we got 3 spicy salmon rolls. We received a confirmation of our order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, the employee informs us that our total will infact be $18 MORE than what was listed in our original order and they refused to honor the prices that we saw online, claiming that it was a mistake. We ended up not getting our whole order. I will never waste my time with the service here again and would not recommend...
