My sister had a terrible experience with this store. She ordered a necklace for our Momās birthday and it was supposed to arrive by the following Thursday. When it arrived the workers told my sister it was missing a jewel and that the piece will come in from another store by the next day, which is completely fine, accidents happen. But they misquoted is on how long it would take and kept pushing the date farther away every time my sister would check in. Three days after it was supposed to be in was Christmas Eve and my sister went in and asked for the necklace but the people continued to make excuses that they havenāt gotten shipment and that they donāt have time. My sister asked for the manager and was then scolded by the manager for thinking it would come in this early since itās Christmas Eve and that she should have known better than to order stuff around this time very rudely to the point my sister was crying. After I received a call from my crying sister I went in and talked with the manager. I politely pointed out that both my sister and I work in the mall and that we both had gotten our shipments at 11 and now it was almost three that they should have theirs. She told me they just havenāt gone through itand that they will call my sister when they do, which is what theyāve been telling her the last four days and they havenāt called once. I asked her a few more questions about when my sister will be getting the necklace that she didnāt want to answer cause they were ābusyā, when two of the workers were chatting near by and there was one customer in the store. I then told her that if my sister didnāt get a call about her necklace I would comeback. They delivered the necklace to my sister at her store twenty minutes later. I had received a Pandora bracelet from my children for Christmas, it was too big. We live out of town and when I stumbled upon this store a few weeks earlier, I was excited to bring my bracelet in, on our next visit to Sioux Falls. Iām new to Pandora and was looking for some advice from the āExpertsā on what to do. So Saturday, I brought it in. I was not expecting to return it, unless it was offered. I was prepared to buy a smaller size and wanted to add some charms. However, when I showed the Pandora associate my bracelet (in the box), he said, āI canāt help you.ā I repeated his response and he said again he could not help me because there was a 30 day exchange policy. First off, I was not asking for an exchange. I said, ā Is there anything we can do?ā He said, āNo!ā I was so mad, I just left. I walked through the mall and noticed Riddles Jewelry, who had a Pandora display. I walked to the counter and was greeted by their associate, Tabitha. I told her what I had just experienced at the Pandora store and she was so apologetic for them, when honestly she didnāt need to be. I explained to her what was going on and she helped me pick out a smaller bracelet and helped me pick out some adorable charms. She also got a $250 plus sale, just for being helpful and nice. The associate who cleaned my ring was very nice, however, the other younger one who took over just was NOT very attentive and borderline prejudice. I was asking about their products and she was just looking me up and down as if I was not a paying customer. It made me very uncomfortable and ultimately we decided to leave with nothing.
