I have been a customer of the Buckle for a long time. This visit was the worst I have ever had. The team member who greeted and was helping us was incredibly pushy. He asked what we were shopping for and we told him the specific brand of shirt that we wanted for my husband (he is very picky with how shirts feel and JB Holt is his favorite so far). The team member kept trying to sell us on other shirts that was not what we were looking for. We had to tell him several times that we were not interested and YET he persisted to mention and try to steer us back to what we did not want. We ended up having to order the shirt and pay shipping because we live too far to get it shipped to the store. Read moreThe clothing here is usually pretty cute and there's a huge variety. Definitely feels like it's aimed at the teen to 20's range, but hubby and I have found a few things that worked for us as well (40's). On top of that, she was rude to another man in a different line when he wanted to make sure he was getting the right shoes, “they’re the right ones. check the receipt if you don’t believe me but I’m right.” VERBATIM. Needless to say I didn’t stay and look around and have no idea if I’ll come back to this store, especially if...
