Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Wayne Township

We bought a full suit from store 4141 and they did not have the size needed in store. The correct pants were ordered and we marked the smaller size for length. Two days prior to me going to pick up the suit we received a message telling us that the tailoring was done. The original date for it to be done was the day I actually came to pick it up. I showed up and the associate only brought out one pair of pants and no suit coat. The he was unaware of the suit coat even being held with the pants. He went back and found it and had another pair of pants. The new pair of pants were the smaller size that had been marked for tailoring. He looked at the pants and told me that they had not been tailored. Keep in mind we had been told it had done two days prior and when I actually showed up was the original pickup date. I am currently standing in the store as they tailor the pants that were supposed to be done. Poor organization for such an expensive purchase and unprofessional conduct as they would have sent me home with just the pants and not the suit coat had I not known it was there. I will say the associate who handled the situation was professional and did get it fixed quickly. However, I should not have to tell them that there is another item in the back and I should not have to wait for the pants to be tailored on the day they claimed they would be ready for pickup, especially when we were notified two days prior of it being completed. Unfortunately there are not many options around for formal men’s wear, so just make sure you have plenty of time available whenever you are dealing...

This was my first time getting fitted for a custom suit. I purchased a full suit here about a month ago and worked with an older saleswoman, I dont remember her name, but she had long lighter colored curly hair. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the service when I came out spending over $600 in the end. I came in explained that I need a full suit, the works, everything. She fitted me for a jacket, and then gave me the impression that she was rushing me to pay and leave the store so she could tend to other customers. I had to prompt her to get me fitted for pants as well as a shirt. I was very rushed during the whole process, like it was a chore for the employee to continue helping me get a full suit fitted. The suit itself is quality, and fits / looks well. But the customer service lacked. I would say shop elsewhere for better service. If I'm spending $600 + in your store to get fitted for a custom suit, I would expect nothing less than exceptional service, making sure everything fits perfect. I also had to mention getting the pants altered before she even took measurements or asked how they fit. Also during my visit, a younger salesman with tattoos was visibly and verbal frustrated, and expressed his displeasure that changing rooms were full and had clothes left in them. I've been to a few Men's Wearhouses, they've always been a good pick for quality clothing... But the Men's Wearhouse in front of the Empire Mall is on a whole other level.

The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. I came into the store and I said, "I need a suit for my wedding, plans changed and I'm worried I won't have enough time." The Assistant Manger Justin personally took me aside and told me he would take care of me. Within minutes Justin had all my measurements and I was trying on various brands to find just the right fit. The store did not have the color suit I was looking for but Justin brought me his tablet and showed me the entire catalog right there and together we found EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Within 20 minutes I had the measurements perfect, the suit on order, and Justin was showing me some wonderful belts and shoes to match. I ended up selecting the very same shoes that he was wearing and they were just as comfortable as he claimed. Anytime I was worried about time to complete the order, Justin let me know that I would be taken care of. I was even able to get nautical themed socks specially ordered in!
