I never had too many issues coming here despite the occasional awkward/standoffish worker. However, today takes the cake for the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed. To have a manager pull up your account history, after declining to honor a reward on your account, to tell you "you're not a good customer, you don't spend very much money here anyway" is absolutely ABSURD. That's how the phone call between management and my gf went today. Little did whatever "manager" was working know that I'm usually the one that pays and never started an account there. To have the gall to tell someone they don't spend enough money at a place where one bowl costs around 15 bucks, is insane. Whoever is in charge here clearly does not belong in any form of customer service, and that's coming from someone that's been in upper management at nearly every CS job they've had. If I caught one of my employees talking to a customer like that, you'd be fired on the spot. Anyhow, I strongly do not recommend coming here until there's some management restructuring, I certainly won't be back. I called first to see if I could place an order online and I was told I could only do it through the app. Which makes it very hard on a busy mama. After arriving, I asked if I could order some kid sizes and they said they’re no longer doing kid sizes do the corporate. I paid full price for 212 ounce sizes and the containers. We’re not even half full. One of my sons only got one topping and it was still not full and the other little guy received zero toppings. I asked the staff if they could fill it a little more because I felt like they were quite low for what we paid. They told me no, and that corporate was doing things a little differently these days.
