The store manager at Claire’s at Willowbrook Mall was a horrible person she frightened my kids so one of my kids was getting ready to Pierce her ears and there was a toy on the floor so by accident my child kiked it with out seeing it so the store manager which I prefer not to name names claimed the we purposely throw on the floor and kicked i we continued shopping at Claire’s but then she came up to us and said “ either pay for or im going to kick you out I obviously refused and fought for my right to be in the store then she started arguing with us she threatened to call mall security I told her everyone makes mistakes and there are lots of items on the floor I reclaimed but again I was ignored and kicked out so I called mall security since she did not want to I wonder why maybe because she new our statement was right and she was wrong anyway mall security comes we explain how she was disrespectful and harassing me and my children my child was crying and screaming think something going to happen I feel threatened unhappy and disopointed I love Claire’s but I don’t think I can say that anymore this is my statement I wish I can say the lady’s name but I don’t want to invaid any ones privacy thank u so much Claire’s for putting me in a experience that I’ve never experienced in the 13 years I’ve lived in America thank you so much for showing me that people like that manager are very...

I recently visited Claire's to get my ears pierced, and while the overall experience was good, there are a few things to keep in mind. I chose the Pink Ice earrings, which cost me $91. They advertise free piercing, but in reality, the starting price for any pair of earrings begins at around $40, and the cost goes up if you choose 14k gold, which is about $90 or more. They also offered a starter kit at 50% off, but honestly, it didn’t feel like much value for the price. That said, the piercing experience itself was excellent. The girl who did my piercing was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind. I truly appreciated the care she took—she made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I regret forgetting her name, but she had a very kind presence and a few pimples on her face (I sincerely mention this only because I want her to know I’m grateful and recognize her effort if she sees this). She truly made my experience special. There's always a huge clearance everytime in Claire like 50% to 75% off. Anyone can get things for cheaper price. While I do think the pricing is on the higher side, especially for what’s labeled as "free piercing," I’m happy with how well the piercing was done. I went into the Willowbrook Mall store to buy the Gold Rainbow Crystal Circle Earrings for my little niece. They are $5.99 on line. I expected the earrings to be $6.39 with tax. I asked if they would honor the on-line price (since I could buy them on-line and pick them up in the store for $6.39) The saleswoman said they do not honor the on-line price. She then rang them up and said they would be $16.99! Really? $16.99 for earrings that are $5.99 on-line! When I questioned the price she again said that is the on-line price. So I would be charged $10.60 more for the pleasure of going to the store, picking them out from the display, waiting on the check-out line?! If you want to buy anything from Claire's, buy it on-line and pick them up in the store. Much cheaper. Or better yet, go across the aisle in the mall to JUSTICE. They have prettier earrings much cheaper. I bought 3 pairs for $16.99! Better quality as well. I will never go to Claire's again and I will tell everyone I know not...
