They have beautiful accessories. However, the service- in particular- at the moment of purchase, was unexpectedly unethical and dishonest, wasn't anything wrong with the price, but with the staff member who was by the cash register. I am not a "Franrewards" member, when I was ask about my phone number I skip the prompts in the electronic device, the lady by the register without asking me put a phone number and email for a different costumer in order to give to someone else the points, responding the prompts in the device by herself. After the transaction was done I ask why, she didn't answer, different staff member expressed that they ran out my purchase under a previous costumer, manifesting that they can re-do the transaction. I guessed the polite apology was no even an option, or the acknowledgment that isn't right to run transactions under different costumers to give them points under the store VIP rewards program. I hope that the store check better the values , respect and honesty in their employees, because definitely I don't think this provides a memorable experience for...

I never write reviews because I hate complaining, but this is quite honestly the worst Francesca's I have ever been to. My experience in this store has tarnished my opinion of the store, and I am at the point where I will never go to one again. I ordered a lot of clothing online and came in to do a return a month ago. I admit it was a big return because nothing fit, however, it does not give the employees the right to speak to me rudely. I had an employee snap at me, as well as my mother who was with me at the time. She was irritated we had a large return and truthfully made the experience horrible. She rolled her eyes, made sarcastic comments, and was just overall nasty. I had gone to the store the year before and experienced something similar in terms of rude employees. Being someone who works retail I understand the frustrations of the job, but I am never rude to a customer for having something as simple as a return. All in all, I have never felt so disrespected by a sales rep, it honestly made me angry I hope the person figures her...

RACIST EMPLOYEES. There’s is never anyone in this store and now I know why. When me and a friend (of color) stepped into to this store to look for a dress for my bridal shower NO ONE said hello welcome nothing which was fine. Then we waited around for someone to help us and instead of asking us for help they just stood around us looking at us with dirty faces while again no one else was in the store. I was even considering to buy the basic plain white dress for $50 up until I notice them gladly welcome & help some white customers.
