I brought my daughter to this store to get her fitting for her first pair of shoes. I bought a pair of soft motion shoes for my daughter on Tuesday. She wore the shoes out of the store. When we got home that night I noticed that the shoes were harming her. The shoes are high top and although she was wearing high socks, her skin was bright red above her ankle. I came to the store today, Friday, 4 days later, to exchange them for a low top pair and they wouldn’t let me because the shoes wore worn. Instead they told me I had to purchase another pair. First, they fitted my daughter for these shoes. They said it was a good fit. Now, that I noticed that they are not a good fit, they won’t let me exchange them for one that would be. On top of that, the excuse they use is that they can’t resell them. They were literally worn one day, by a baby that can only walk with assistance. The best they can offer was 50% off. I do not want that. I want to exchange the shoe for the pair that is not going to hurt by daughters ankle. It’s not...

We came here for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff was super friendly and eager to help from the moment we walked in. Joanna is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and really took the time to assist us. She measured my daughter’s foot, helped us get her shoes on (which can be a challenge with a 14 month old), and gave us advice on which shoes we should get/why some pairs may be better than others. You can tell that she truly cares. My daughter has not wanted to stop walking since her new comfortable shoes!!! So happy! Awesome experience. The owner/manager was so kind to me and my daughter. We were there buying her first pair of shoes because she’s just learning to walk. He gave me lots of information on fit and even went the extra mile as to tell me the timeframe my daughter might grow out of the pair of shoes we bought.
