I met Danielle a few mos ago while she was getting her salon up & going. She is wonderful & really knows her business - & how to make you feel welcomed & comfortable. This is accomplished through her friendly & down to earth but very professional personality, the extremely talented people that work with her & the relaxing, beautifully decorated surroundings of the salon itself. Every time I go I tell them that I wish I could live in her salon - this is how comfortable it is! My 1st massage was with bamboo! Never heard if it, thought, "well, ok, whatever..." & left with the constant pain that I have in my hip just completely gone! It was near 2 wks & the happenings of daily life before it returned. &, talk about the BEST hair cut -!!! - Maria!!, she listens & uses the pattern of the way my hair grows when giving me a great haircut -I am so very glad that I found her, well, all of them!! This cut is less expensive than where I previously went, & there I never knew how my hair would look when I left (it was more like the place my mom would have gone...a Sugar Magnolia type atmosphere -ok but glad to have found more reliability). I got married in August 2023, and I am so happy that I chose Fresh Aire Spa and Salon for my hair and makeup! They were so fantastic to work with, and Danielle made everything so easy in terms of scheduling, planning, etc. And I worked with Tracie for my hair and makeup and wow did she do an absolutely amazing and stunning job! I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted my makeup to look, but she did it even better than I could have imaged and made me feel so comfortable at my trial and on my wedding day. She also gave me an awesome suggestion on how to do my hair, and it was even better than I could have imaged because she was able to keep my hair down and curled (which I prefer) and still wear my floor-length veil. Fresh Aire Spa and Salon was also super understanding about my maid of honor’s makeup allergies and was able to find a way to make it work for everyone. They are seriously the best! I received a manicure on a Saturday and later that day one nail messed up. I dismissed it until the next day when most of them were messed up. I went in to talk with someone and the manager was not there so I sent photos. I know the technician tried and had to remove my gel polish, then added a base, regular opi polish and a top coat. It took 2 hrs instead of 1, which has not happened before and I’ve never had polish come off in less than 7 days. I’m not sure if the polish was old or why it smudged and became rippled or came off. They charged $50 which I thought was too much for a week. I have paid $40 for gel polish that lasted 2-3 wks easy. Anyhow, I called to get a refund and they would not do that but said just come in to do it again. I didn’t want or have time to go back for two more hours.
