Eluvium Brewing is hands down the kindest, coolest brewery in all of Asheville. During Hurricane Helene, they went far beyond to support the community, showing true compassion and dedication when it mattered most. Their generosity and care for others really set them apart, and it’s clear they’re not just about great beer—they’re about making a positive impact.
As someone who lived in Asheville for five years before leaving a short time ago, Eluvium was my local bar. The people who show up there are truly the best I’ve ever known in my life. And trust me, I’ve known a lot of people! The vibe is family-oriented, warm, and welcoming—something you don’t find everywhere.
And let’s not forget the beer—Eluvium is brewing the best beer in Asheville, and that’s some tough competition! If you’re in Asheville, do yourself a favor and check them out. You’ll not only get an amazing brew but also the most genuine people. Cheers to Eluvium for being such a shining example of kindness, community, and the most amazing beer in...
Read moreI read the negative reviews and they couldn't be more wrong... John and Jon are great. If you're looking for a tourist trap, this isn't it. It's a local brewery. The burrito spot next to Eluvium is amazing. The employees are amazing. The history behind the brewery is awesome.
Getting into the beer... Carolina Honey Wheat is a good smooth beer. The tangerine summer has good flavor too. Personally, I'm a fan of FOX MINE, if you like a Double IPA with citrus flavors shining through. The Rango larger is a good solid pick and the Little Sister pairs well with the burritos. Friendly, good atmosphere, kinda wish I lived in walking distance. Can't go wrong here. Worth an extra 10 minute drive out of downtown to experience the towny...
Read moreYou have to visit this place! We were passing through the area on our way to visit friends, and wanted to find a relaxing place to sit down and unwind. We ended up at Eluvium Brewing, and it was amazing! Everything we wanted and more! The craft beer selection was nothing short of fantastic! The session IPA was supberb, and the Un-ordinary bitter was absolutely brilliant. The owners Shea and Jon are very friendly and down to earth. I guess they had just opened, and from what I can tell, they are gonna be world famous with their new business. Huge kudos to this great team and...
