This bridal shop was absolutely incredible. They had phenomenal customer service and a lovely selection of dresses. In full transparency, I didn't end up purchasing my wedding gown here because I found a dress that fit my personality better at another bridal shop. But I was absolutely torn between the dress I ended up getting and purchasing a dress from Meadowbrooke. This was because I had the BEST customer service experience there and I really wanted to support the business. Savannah was my bridal stylist and she was so kind, supportive, and professional. I am a mid-size woman and typically wear a size 14-16. Most of their dresses went up to size 12. I was able to easily get into the dresses but they didn't zip. Once I got into the dress, Savannah would add a piece of white fabric to the back and clip me in. This completed the look so I could easily visualize what a dress would look like once it was fitted to me. Savannah clipping me in with the extra fabric was always super fast and smooth, and therefore I never really felt like the dresses were too small. I always felt comfortable and beautiful. I never felt pressured to purchase a dress while I was at Meadowbrooke, which was something I was nervous about when I started looking for dresses. I would absolutely recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking for her perfect dress. I was sad that I didn't end up getting my dress there because I really wanted to give Meadowbrooke my dress sale. If you’re looking for a dress, please go to Meadowbrooke! The experience was completely amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. Brooke will not pressure you to purchase if you’re not feeling any specific dress and if you do find one, she’s just as excited as you are! I had a ton of general wedding questions and I texted her all the time for information and her opinion and she was more than happy to help. At the shop, I was with my mom and future MIL and we had so much fun hanging out and talking with her and trying on as many dresses as I wanted! I previously went to David’s Bridal and they said you could only try on 5 dresses the first time (why????) but Brooke let me do my own thing. I wear an 18 wedding dress and she didn’t have any over a size 12-ish but still made it work for me with clamps and ties so I could get the real picture! There was the option to purchase off the rack (which obviously didnt fit but if it fits you, you can!) or to have the dress made to order. It took a few months for the dress to come in but I figure that depends on each company. She helped me with questions after picking out my dress too such as jewelry and shoes. I even used the photographer that worked with her at the time I first tried on my dress.

She is truly one of a kind, as is Meadowbrooke. You definitely will not regret going here!!!

My experience at Meadowbrooke Bridal was everything I hoped wedding dress shopping would be and more! The experience started with a cute sign setup outside the shop that had my name on it. We went inside and were greeted by Lissa, who made the day very special. The boutique is beautiful. She offered us something to drink and kept the door to the shop locked to keep the appointment private and comfortable throughout changing in and out of the dresses. She showed us around the store, explaining which dresses were discontinued and which were not. When I pointed out a dress that was out of the price range I told her, Lissa would let me know the price of the dress and ask if I still wanted to try it on. I greatly appreciated this, as it stopped me from trying it on and falling in love with a dress I couldn’t afford. She allowed us to take our time and encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. I even tried on several dresses again before picking the final dress. When I tried on my top picks, she quickly picked out a beautiful veil for each to help me get a fuller vision. Lissa also assisted with helping me in and out of all the dresses, which made trying so many dresses on a breeze! I could tell that Lissa was genuinely excited for me and my fiancé. The wonderful day was complete with her taking a photo of me with the classic “I said yes” sign😊 10/10...
