I went in recently for the first time but left very quickly after hearing the girls up front talking very loudly and very rudely about girls who applied there. They were making fun of people that applied to work there and making fun of their applications as well as stating how some girl put in her app that she was currently attending Duke and the girl loudly making fun of it and talking about how she didn’t care and laughing at it as if it wasn’t important. I really liked a lot of the items in the store but I genuinely will never shop there if that’s the kind of staff that run the place. So unbelievably rude and unprofessional to openly make fun of applicants especially with customers present in the store. I would recommend visiting the other boutiques in the direct vicinity and also not to waste your time applying to a place with a potentially toxic work...

I can not say enough wonderful things about the team at Ivy & Leo Waverly. My mother recently passed away, but she was the one who first took me to the store while she was in the middle of her battle with cancer. I was blown away by the incredible customer service, trendy pieces, and wonderful prices. We continued to shop at the store and got to know all of the wonderful employees, but in particular the manager, Megan. She managed to always make my mom feel beautiful even through radiation, chemo, and the many side effects it brought. My husband and I came to Charlotte from Houston for a birthday party and I didn't pack properly. I rushed in and said "Help, i need something that goes with my jeans and shoes that looks good, warm but not too warm, stylish, partyaround the fire pit, and age appropriate."
